You're My Peace

ARJUN'S POV

Honestly, I had the most peaceful sleep of my night yesterday.

I knew home staff or anyone could come upstairs hence, I went at 6 am to my room from the same balcony.

For the first time I felt that having an attached balcony is not bad after all.

I woke up again at 10 am and as I went downstairs, I saw Naina already laughing and talking to mom in kitchen.

How did the sleepy head wake up early!

"Good morning everyone" I wished

"Look. Here he is . Morning son. Why you so late today" Mom asked ruffling my hairs.

"Don't touch my hairs . And I...slept late. Had some pending works" I lied and looked at Naina who had raised her brow.

Monkey!!

"You had pending work so you slept late and here Naina didn't even get good sleep. The place is new to her" Mom said

"Really? " I asked raising my brows because she was snoring when we slept.

"Really. My sleep broke in middle" She narrowed her eyes at me and I again raised my brows.

"Fine whatever. Can I get a coffee anyone" I asked and mom nodded but then I looked at Naina who looked at me then mumbled something and then went to Aashi handing her cup of coffee.

"Wait! I need a coffee too " I said

"Wait you too! Naina, it's not my coffee. I said milk coffee" Aashi told and Naina looked at the cup.

"Oh, I'm so sorry bhabhi. I just.. By mistake made his cup" She muttered

"I'll add milk and sugar in it" She added

"No no don't. Arjun bhaiya, coffee. Naina made" Aashi smirked

"I hope it does not have poison in there" I mocked

"Oh, good idea. Wait a second, bhabhi do you have rat poison" She asked

"Rat poison won't kill me, you mouse" I mocked again

"Oh yes! I forgot how can rat poison kill a hippo" She mocked back.

"You didn't call me that" I shrieked

"I did call you that! You called me mouse" She snapped

"That's because you wanted to poison me" I said

"And that's because you gave me idea. Not my mistake" She offended herself

"Oh that's j.. " I wa saying before which dad spoke.

When did he come here.

"You both know right, that you fight like...cranky teenagers" Dad mocked both of us and we looked at him.

"I... Didn't" She mumbled

"Yeah yeah? You didn't. It's just me right" I said

"See you're again mocking" She pouted

"Stop doing that here" I snapped

"Doing what Arjun? " Mom asked and I again came to senses that we are with everyone.

"I.. Mean... Acting like kid" I said and she looked at me huffing while I went out side smirking at her.

"Idiot" I mumbled

"Why do you tease her so much" Mom scolded coming and I smiled a bit looking at her.

"My day can't pass without it." I said and she looked at me.
