After Alfera received her very own horse, she was moved to the starting line for the 3DMG regimen. Though at first, she never quite accepted the gear she was given so she intended to use her dual daggers, in which in return gets snatched away by Levi.

"Get moving shitty brat." Levi turned and waited for the departure of a certain black tressed female. To be honest, Alfera doesn't know (a bit) how to maneuver these. Luckily Armin came and told her the directions, whilst Mikasa demonstrates. Alfera understands and strided to the starting line. Wearing a smirk, she jumped and shot her wires on two seperate trunks then ascends to the air, feeling so much adrenaline she spinned and headed straight to the makeshift titan. Slashing fast like lightning, Alfera landed gracefully on a branch, looking back to see her slice she smiled on how precise it was. Then continued to find more 'prey' in the woods. A few metres behind her, her three surperiors were quite intrigued to see an outsider this capable of battle.

Moving deep into the the greenery, Hanji watched her pace. Alfera sometimes waves at the squad leader and grins in delight to find more targets. The brunette leader gets excited on getting to know the girl later on in the mess hall, though most of it is like a question and answer.

Descending in the forest greenery, Alfera feels energetic albeit the event happening later on will make her remember bad memories.

"Alfera, Alfera let's go eat lunch!" Hanji grabs her by the wrists and drags her to the mess hall. Alfera has a bad feeling about this, so she tries to avoid any negative questions. Arriving at the mess hall, forcefully plopped down on a chair with food on the table. The brunette leader sits across her, elbows on the hard table almost like expecting something from her.

"Um...is something the matter, squad leader?" Alfera asked, reluctant to eat the food in front of her especially when Sasha comes her food would disappear in an instant.

"Oh nothing. I would just ask some questions about yourself." She beamed at her.

"Okay then. Please begin." She started at her food not energetic this time. Hanji shifts to comfort herself and stared at the new cadet.

"Where are you from Alfera?" The raven flinched, some cadets of the 104th started eavesdropping on the conversation. The remaining food in her mouth went straight down the drain, straining herself not to collapse.

"Ravenfell, The City of Assassins." She deadpanned, her voice dark and serious. The 104th cadets turned their way to her, interested on her response. Hanji knew that Alfera is trying to calm herself down and she did it well.

"Then are you one?" Alfera nodded reluctantly. The occupants near her are now interested in her story.

"I was...but not anymore." She leaned back on her chair and crossed her arms meaning that this is unneccessary. Until a certain two-toned haired male made a vain pop on her head.

"Wait are those people who kill others for money and fame? Aren't they murderers?! Cold hearted, bloodthirsty-" Jean was cut off by a certain pissed off raven.

"You've got it wrong!" Alfera corrected him in a haorse manner. "Assassins kill for a deal, a contract or just for fun but us? We kill for a reason! We may be killers but we're not that heartless." She shooked her head grimly. Jean was forced to apologize and he did silently.

"How did you learn your ability in combat? Jumping high without straining muscles? Accelerating without using much energy?" Hanji puffed. Quite interested in her culture.

"Training camp. Using live enemies and real weapons in battle. If you die in training that means you don't deserve to fight in the enemies territory." Crossing her arms noticing that the other didn't believed on what she said.

"Live enemies? As in walking titans?" Bertholdt trembling in the by the thought of seeing your comrades die by titans.

"Don't worry. The ones who entered have great surviving skills with them, others combat." Alfera trying to be reassuring for the other but truth be told, she herself is afraid to see her comrades die infront of her eyes.

"Who taught you to fight like that, brat." Levi, now participating in the subject, wanted to make sure if those abilities were never taught under a certain underground area.

"My father." Alfera said blankly. She didn't knew the face of her father when the time Ravenfell was destroyed. Her mother said it was him but how come she doesn't remember?

The room fell quiet. Too quiet to everyones liking. They knew they stepped on a landmine. They need to change the subject before anything else will happen.

"Oh yeah. Alfera, you need to repeat the 3DMG regimen because you use too much gas. Try to conserve your gas. Okay." Hanji tried to lighten the atmosphere and it worked, a bit. Alfera stood up and gave a silent thank you to everyone in the room. Once she's out of the doors she grabbed her gear and ran out to the starting position for the regimen.

This time, she's reluctant to jump. Her hands are shaky and she's scared. Just then, Eren, Mikasa and Armin appeared and strided next to the raven.

"Hey, Alfera it's okay. It's alright being scared." Eren comforted her and placed a hand on her shoulder. The corner of her lips moved upwards.

"We're here for you." Mikasa smiled at the girl. Alfera felt her lips smile just like hers. Now she feels happy, excited to do her training again.

"And we'll fight for you no matter what! Right Eren? Mikasa?" Armin beamed brightly making her excitment go higher, she's now ready.

"I'm ready." She smiled and turned around.

"Go for it!" Everyone said in unison. And she jumped. She shot her wires way longer after the last trees she hit earlier ago and ascended forward. Turning sharply to the side, she saw her pusuers, the trio. Alfera glanced over them and turned to the other side again. She ascended higher and shot her wires once again and before they know it she's gone.

"She just vanished!" Eren yelled in surprise. The three split up and searched for her by the 3DMG equipment but what they don't know is that Alfera is only hiding on a tree branch. Once they're out of sight, she started jumping on branches to move without being spotted. Alfera jumped, shot her wires again and pushed herself with great force from her foot from the branch.

She sped her way through the three. The three cadets didn't knew what hit them. Just then they started falling. Once their a meter away from the ground, they felt a tight hold on them. They thought it was the squad leader, the corporal, or their friends but it was the raven head, Alfera.

"I'm so sorry for not minding your fall, I didn't thought it through. Please forgive me." She pleaded drastically. While going back to base, everyone couldn't believe that Alfera carried them into the base. Literally, she carried them, until Comander asked. Luckily it's just fine with Erwin but how about the others?

"Why'd you carry us all the way to base?" Eren dusted himself off some dust from his uniform. And looked to see Alfera's answer.

"Just a way of saying sorry." Alfera smiled and left. The next day it will be the last day of recognition in the Survey Corps. The hand-to-hand combat. Alfera wanted to start. But she'll need the rest as well. She's excited to begin. Though why does she have to see more memories appear and disappear in her mind?
