Riley Freeman wasn't the type of person to keep his thoughts to himself. So, when Cindy walked in front of him, he smiled. "Damn, you got a PHAT ass." He said, rubbing his hands together. Cindy turned around for a bit and glared at him before continuing on with the tour."I also got a boyfriend." She blurts. Riley shrugged. "What dat got to do with me? He prolly a bitch anyway."
Cindy covered her face to hide her smirk. "Less just continue with the tour, hm?"
"Whateva you say."
Cindy showed him around the large school, mostly where his classes would be. The school was very big and just had another expansion built onto it. So, it was very easy to get confused when looking at the map of the school.
While they were doing that, on the other side of school it seemed like Ming and Caesar were hitting it off. They were barely focused on the tour but rather themselves, to people from the other side of the city. "So, how was your other school?" Ming asked. Caesar shrugged. "It was ight, nothin like how yall got it down here. Niggas, be fuckin roun with that gang shit too much down there." He responded.
Ming tried to comprehend what he was telling her. "So, there was like shootings in the school?"
Caesar almost burst out laughing on her. "Fuck no, black people don't do that shit. It was just too much temptation. Like my nigga Riley, he's getting sucked up in some of that ole gang shit. His family doin the best they can but shid. He gone be stupid if he wants."
Ming slowly nodded her head. "That sounds a lot like my older brother, my parents cut him off because instead embracing the privileges he was given he was around the wrong crowd."
"Where's he at now?" He questioned.
"Well, he turned his life around now, he had a little money saved, moved around and started a business and eventually a family."
Caesar slightly chuckled. "That's the opposite of what's going to happen if Riley hangs around the wrong crowed truss me." The conversation they were having was just getting good, when another boy came from outta nowhere and tapped Ming's shoulder. "Who is this?" Caesar heard someone say.
It was another asian. Caesar looked between the two and figured they were together. "Oh, this is one of the new students, I'm touring him."
Hiro looked up at Caesar, he was getting towered over. He knew it wasn't best to start anything. "What's up, my dude." The boy suddenly said and tried to fistbump Caesar. They awkwardly fistbumped and the kid introduced himself. "I'm Hiro, I play on the basketball team, maybe I'll see you there? We could use someone of your height."
Caesar raised an eyebrow. "And what makes you think, I like playing basketball?"
Hiro's head dropped slightly. "I-um, well-" Caesar began laughing. "My nigga I'm playin bruh. My names Caesar, good to meet cha, Hiro."
Everybody could see the relief going off in Hiro's face. He gave Ming a kiss before walking off. "Sorry for that, he gets a lil jealous."
Caesar shrugged. "We ain't doin nun but talkin right?" Ming nodded her head and looked at her watch. "Well, I guess the tour is going to be cut short, the bell is going to ring any minute. Want me to take you to your first class?"
"Fasho."
Jazmine and Huey were already walking to their class, seems like they had a few periods together. The tour wasn't anything special, she was just walking him around and showing him the land marks, if she was lucky she'd get a response or a glare but that's it.
She was starting to think if he was getting annoyed by her. They arrived to their first class, early, so early that the teacher was not even there. They both sat down relatively close together and Huey began getting his stuff together silently.
