A/n sorry I've been gone a while it's just some stuff has been happening and I had lost some motivation in this story but I just got it back and I'll try to update more but I might not a lot in august 28 and after that because I go back to school by then again sorry for being gone for some time 🫶🏼❤️

I woke up to anoung holding me by my waist and close to him "anoung I need to get up to speak more with your mother" he just holds me closer 'ugh eywa he's so cute but I need to get up' luckily ronal walks in she just lightly chuckles she then unwraps his arm and pulls me as hard as she can.

After I'm out she holds her stomach and leads me to the main room in the mauri "so sweetie I was thinking and realized if you mate with my son you will have to be the next tsahik and I'd love to show you and see what you know" she says while collecting herbs and pastes "oh well I know a bit of stuff since I was next tsahik" she nods and sits down and shows me what the tsahik of the metkayina should know and I tell her what I know from the forest and she teaches me the main things the next tsahik should know and what pastes for what injury and then we just talk for a bit "so Na'li I was thinking you could mate after the tulkun return and after you guys could have some time before your classes for becoming tsahik and oloeyktan" I just listen and nod "I'm okay with it does anoung know?" She smiles "yes he does I see you are thinking of his decision?" I smile "yes I want to make sure he's fine with it his decision does matter for this" she nods understanding

We talked until we heard the horn announcing the arrival of the hunters so I stand up to help ronal to stand "you will help to tend the injured" i nod  and walk with her checking every Hunter and making sure they are tended "ok we are done so you can spend time with my son for the rest of the day" "ok ronal" I walked over to him and smile "anoung" he turns around and smiles back "you can leave now txier" the guy frowns "dude your hanging out with the freak I mean she's more of a freak than the rest look at her hair and eyes-." He gets cut off by anoung "shut it txier she is different but at least she has manners unlike you!" He shouts and gets the attention of tonowari and walks over "what's happening over here son" anoung glared at txier "he's making fun of Na'li" tonowari looks at txier "apologize to her" "sorry Na'li" and he leaves I sigh "sorry he did that Na'li" "sorry Na'li" they say "it's ok I'm used to it let's go anoung" I grab his hand and walk to the shore

"you shouldn't be ok with someone being like that ma Na'li" I turn to him "I'm sorry I'm just used to that by now and used to defending myself a lot" he stares at me "well now you have me by your side love" I stare back and smile and lean on and so does he I feel his lips on mine and after a bit we pull apart and smile at eachother "I love you" "I love you too ma Na'li" I smile even more but it gets ruined by my siblings coming to me "NA'LI!" They scream running at me and hugging me "we're so sorry for not defending you" "sorry sis" "im sorry tsuke" A/n tsuke means sister anyway back to the story :] "woah don't apologize it's not your fault I promise" they all look at me and then see anoung and stare at him until kiri says something "sooo when do y'all mate??" I was shock she asked but I told her "after the tulkun return" they nod and I smile
"Can you sing that lullaby you would sing" I smile "of course come let's sit down we were in a circle anoung next to me kiri to my right lo'ak next to her and neteyam next to anoung with tuk on his lap

While I sang it tuk fell asleep as well with kiri I continued singing it while anoung stared at me mesmerized by it and lo'ak and neteyam enjoying it since I didn't do it a lot and would sometimes do it to help them fall asleep or calming them down since they said it did but I enjoyed those moments
Flashback

I was sitting down making a new clothing piece for kiri while they played of course they came running back crying I look and see it's tuk "oh tuk guys what happened" I ask while hugging tuk "she tripped and hurt herself" I sigh and sing a lullaby they liked and helped tuk calm down like always they came and circled me enjoying the lullaby some falling asleep I help to put lo'ak and kiri and tuk in they're bed

Flashback ends
I finish and see tuk and kiri asleep "can you guys take them back" I say and they carry them I stood back up and said goodnight to them all I watched them walk away and I feel some arms wrap around me "I think we should also go back baby" I nod and grab his hand and walk back to the murai and lay down with anoung in bed and feel his arm around me "can you sing it again please" I just nod and sing again and feel his breathing against me and hear it even out and I realize he fell asleep soon after I follow with one thought in mind

'I will make sure nothing happens to my siblings and ma anoung'

And with that I fall into consciousness..
