Sprint

I woke up early and asked her mum about showering and stuff before I had a quick shower and got ready to go on the run. I was just pouring my milk into my bowl when Amber came out of her room and saw me. We quickly had breakfast then we walked down to the school. I was kind of getting cold in my shorts and sports bra but that was okay since I won't be seeing anyone there, or so I thought. A group of mischief makers suddenly appeared and came over to me.
"Hey sexy"
"What's happening"
The 2 boys said as the started to circle me along with the 3 girls.
"Sorry guys but I gotta go." I said as I started to walk off getting ready to break into a sprint. I didn't look much like someone who could reach top speeds but I could. Amber started to get nervous, dang I forgot she was there. What will I do now she can't run fast. I lent over and slowly whispered to her.
"Run when I run."
I spun around the leader right behind me. I pulled my leg up as fast as I could and smashed him in the balls.
"RUN NOW!" I screamed as I started running in the opposite direction as Amber which happened to be away from Ambers house. Jogging down the road I heard him yelling,
" girls chase her! Boys come with me!"
I had spun around just in time to see the girls chasing Amber and the boys following me, the one I didn't kick was quite big, he wouldn't be a threat when I was running because he couldn't run that fast in fact he was struggling to keep up with me, his friend on the other hand, the one with the squashed nuts could run quite fast by the look of things so I would have a run for my money. I snapped out of my thoughts and quickly turned a corner, I had no idea where I was. I slammed on the breaks and suddenly went down an alley way someone was right on my heals and it bought me about 5 seconds enough to turn around and find out who it was. The balls guy had recovered and was gaining fast. I was still jogging waiting for him to almost get me before breaking into a run. I heard screams as I got closer to the end of the alley. I saw Amber run past with a girl right behind her, before I knew it I was running towards her and I had punched her in the face making her stumble and fall behind. I could hear the heavy feet behind me getting closer, again I waited until he was close before speeding up. I quickly spun around I couldn't see his friend dam it. They know this place better than me they will probably cut me off I thought as I sprinted towards the main road well what I thought was the main road. I heard a laugh behind me just as I realised my mistake. I suddenly stopped as he was close enough to bang into me but not close enough to have enough reaction time to grab me. I spun on my heals after he slammed into me and ran back the way I had came. He still followed in pursuit as I spun around corners and cut through alleyways. I was totally lost so I stopped I had no way to get out of this and I was getting tired. But before I did I checked on mr balls and saw he was tired to, he wouldn't be able to hold me long especially without his friend so I stopped and he did too. We both stood catching our breath before he finally spoke.
"Your not from around here are you?"

"No I'm not your point is?" I said before letting out a long breath.

"Just wondering" he said before glancing behind me, I knew someone was there only because of this.

"Thanks for the tip" I said as I pulled my elbow back hitting the big guy in the guts before jogging off past him. Mr balls face was stuck in my mind, total shock and confusion, on the way back. I finally found my way back and saw that Amber had bloody hands and a bruise started to form on her eye, maybe I underestimated the girls here. I grabbed some frozen peas out of the fridge and a apple as I walked over to her to check her wound.
"What did you do?" I asked

"You inspired me to do that when you hit the first girl so I stopped and had a fight. I always hated them anyway they always bullied me so it was nice, in a way. But they are worse so don't worry about me but look at you!" She said

I pulled my head down and saw bruises on my arms and stomach and legs, as well as scratches everywhere. I must of got that from when he banged into me I had slammed into his side and the girls must of scratched me after I punched the other one.
"It's okay I can cover it up with makeup and patch it up I said as I started to walk over to the bathroom to do so. I looked at my arms everything I had covered before hand with makeup was still there. I pulled out my phone before I knew I was and called Finn.
"Hello?"

"Hey it's Fawn" I said crinching as I washed out my cuts.

"Oh hey why did you call?" He said sounding worried.

"Oh well I got into a fight with some dudes and girls and got pretty beat up, I would be fine to train when I get back but I banged my knee when I went around a corner so yeah I might have to miss one training."

" really you get beat up and you ask about training?!? What were you thinking did you even run?!?"

" I did actually! I even punched someone in the face elbowed someone in the gut and ruined someone's balls."

"Really?! I told you not to mess with anyone there!"

"No you didn't!" Why was he being so sensitive? I realised I was yelling and saw Amber starting to come check on me.

"What did they look like? Was it 3 girls and 2 boys, one of the boys are buff and the other is fit? "

"Yeah they are so what? Do you know them?" What is with him today, at lest my voice is back to normal. I heard a slight f$&k on the other side of the line maybe this was serious. My face kept falling as the time went on without him answering.

"Do they know your name" he said his voice dangerously low.

"No"

"Good, good. I will see you with your mum tomorrow to pick you up and we will be talking about this with you in the car ride home. " he said as he hanged up.

I turned to Amber and gave her a quick hug before pulling a long sleeve top on with my track pants. We spent the rest of the day watching movies and testing out tired body's before we finally crawled into bed.

I woke up muscles sore and jumped into a nice warm shower before eating breakfast and packing today was my plane ride home. At 12 I was at the airport ready to go home. I climbed onto the plane and fell asleep right away. Still wearing my long top and pants because I ran out of makeup I pulled myself from the seat and grabbed my things before leaving the plane and getting in the car with my mum and Finn. I showed him a bruise on my arm and said that I will talk to you about it tomorrow.
