COMFORT

You were in class, listening intently to the dean's lecture like every day. As Lady Lesso spoke, you suddendly felt yourself detaching from your sorroundings, the classroom around you started to fade, you found yourself alone with Lady Lesso, who stood above you, looking just as confused as you felt... there was a slight concern in her eyes.

Concern? No it couldn't be-

Your heart began to race, and you felt a wave of panic wash over your body. You felt like you were losing control, you felt like you were dying. You tried to take deep breaths to calm yourself but your breathing was rapid and uneven, you felt like you were suffocating. Your chest felt tight, you were dizzy and disoriented. You were sure you're going to die.

Lady Lesso approached you, noticing the fear and panic in your eyes. "Can you hear me, Y/N?" Lady Lesso asked, her voice calm and soothing as she kneeled down infront of you.

Since when was the dean of the School for Evil so gentle?

You couldn't answer or speak, you were shaking too much, trembling like a leaf. Lady Lesso took your hand, steadying you. Your hands were clammy and felt damp to the touch. "Breathe with me, darling," the redhead said, leading you through deep breathing exercises. "You're safe here, I won't let anything happen to you."

Were you dreaming or was this real? Perhaps you were dead after all?

As you focused on your breathing and Lady Lesso's calming presence, the panic attack subdued. You felt a sense of peace wash over you, and you were finally able to catch your breath.

The crying afterwards was always the hardest. But Lady Lesso was there, holding your hands. The redhead wrapped you in her arms as you cried out. "It's alright, let it all out," she spoke softly, gently rubbing your back in circles. You closed your eyes, smelling the dean's scent as she whispered words of comfort.

Her voice slowly lulled you into tranquility.
