Welcome to my small journal or diary as you would probably call it.
Personally I'd call it a journal where I just rant on here but you can call it whatever.

{Purpose Of This Journal}

Recently, I haven't been feeling the best.
I just feel a bit low?
And just sad and lonely.
So I want to make a safe space for me.
A small happy place so when I feel bad I can crawl in here and cry out my feels without trying to bothering anybody.

{Why I'm doing this}

Since the beginning of this year
(somewhere around there)
I have been writing/typing aka journaling.
My therapist said that writing could be a good way to calm down and self relief
so I am trying that.
I pretend that I'm writing all this to an imaginary friend or my future self.
It makes me feel like someone is listening and feel a bit less like a loner.
Prob won't be for everyone but I do recommend trying it when feeling down or if you just want to say something.

I won't be adding threats to anyone else or spread false and personal information.
