Peter's phone began to ring.
"Hello?" Peter answered.
"Pete? Where are you?" The voice on the other end was all static, but he could tell it was MJ.
"If I said I was on the giant alien ship, would you be mad?"
"You better not be on that ship."
"I am." Peter said, sighing.
"Come back now! Right now!"
Peter's nanotech mask disappeared, and he looked disappointed. He hated hearing MJ so upset.
"MJ, I can't."
"Peter, please. I can't-"
The call ended. Peter sighed again, and looked around.
"Alright Parker, how do you navigate a giant alien ship?" Peter said out loud, and jumped up. Peter crawled through the ship, until he found one big room.
"Woah."
Below him, was the giant squidward looking alien, slowly walking around. As Peter got a closer look, he realized that Squidward was circling the wizard from earlier. He also realized that there were needles slowly being pushed into the wizard.
"How is this dude not freaking the hell out?"
Peter looked around the room, and noticed Tony on a platform below him. Peter sighed, and slowly lowered himself on a web. As he got closer to the ground, he noticed the wizards cape fly over, and scare the hell out of Tony.
"Wow, you are seriously a loyal piece of outerwear." Tony said, putting his hand down after almost blasting the cloak.
"Yeah, speaking of loyalty." Peter dropped to the ground, and made his mask disappear.
"Hey Pete."
"Crazy how you do something terrible to everyone, and I still come running when you need help. That's loyalty if you ask me." Peter said, before turning away from the older man.
"Peter-"
"Can it, Stark. We're not friends. We're not family. We're stopping whatever's coming, and then we're done."
Tony stood there for a moment. His face turned to a sad expression, before he shook it off, and looked back at Peter.
"Are you sure you wanna do this?" Tony asked, taking a step closer.
"You can't be a friendly neighborhood Spider-Man if there's no neighborhood." Peter didn't even look at Tony. "That didn't really make sense but you know what I'm trying to say."
Tony took a deep breath, and sighed. "Okay come on, we have a situation." Tony pointed to the wizard, and spoke. "See him down there? He's in trouble. What's your plan?"
Peter crouched down, and looked down at the wizard.
"Uhhh, okay, have you ever seen this really old movie Aliens?"
"You constantly make it seem like I'm pop culture illiterate, you know that? Yes, I've seen Aliens, and that's- actually a really good plan."
The wizard below started screaming finally.
"Man, I was wondering when that was gonna happen. That looked really painful. Anyway, are you ready?" Peter asked, finally looking at Tony.
Tony nodded, and flew down below. As Tony landed, the alien turned to look at him, looking more and more angry.
"I could end your friend's life in an instant." The alien said, using his powers to pick up giant blocks behind him.
"I gotta tell ya, he's not really my friend. Saving him is more of a professional courtesy." Tony replied, ready to fight at any second.
