Episode 57: The final 30 minutes

It's almost over, guys! 

Like I told you before, I'm not going to start a new book, but finish my old ones so I don't have any unfinished anymore. I think that around september I will start a new book again, hope you'll all be supportive like you always have been.

The break is over way too soon and Louis, Harry, Eleanor and Luke are sitting on the big couch while Laura is sitting on the single one.

"We're only half an hour away from knowing the winner of the first queer edition of Love Island!" the presenter announces. "And those last minutes are filled with questions from our most loyal watchers. During the last 30 minutes you are all free to vote as many times as you like!"

Cheers are being heard from the crowd and Louis looks up into Harry's eyes, giving him a reassuring smile as he grabs the younger boy's hand.

"The first question is from Stella, 18 from Liverpool."

A blond girl appears on the screen, where earlier the results of the lie detector test could be seen on, shy smile on her face.

"Hello! First of all I want to say that the four of you are amazing and you all deserve to win. That's why my question is for both couples. What are your plans after Love Island?"

"Eleanor and I don't really live closely to each other." Luke says. "So it will be pretty hard but I'm willing to travel during the weekends to see her."

"And when I have school holidays, so I don't have to be on campus, I'll stay with Luke." Eleanor smiles.

"What about you, Harry, Louis? Will the two of you even see each other again after this?" Laura asks cautiously.

"Definitely." Louis answers. "Harry and I kind of made up." He says, showing their joined hands.

"We can't answer the question yet, though. It's an important subject we have to talk about." Harry continues.

"And we prefer to talk when we're back in England, away from this madness. Just know that after Love Island we'll still be a couple, may it be in Paris, London, long distance for a while, only time and good conversations will tell us."

Harry kisses Louis' cheek after the older boy is done talking and briefly rests his head on Louis' shoulder.

"Thank you for the question Stella! The next one is from Jake, 27 from Manchester!"

The guy appears on the screen.

"My question is for Eleanor and Luke: The two of you really have the enemies to lovers narrative and I live for it! When did you start to notice that there were some feelings?"

"We spent quite some time together as we both liked hanging out with Louis and Danielle." Eleanor starts. "And I mean a blind person notices how handsome Luke is. I like challenging relationships. For example, I liked Max but I missed the discussions and the passion and even though it wasn't intended to be about passion with Luke, it kind of turned that way for me."

"Can't believe you are calling me boring again, Eleanor!" Max screams from the audience and Louis spits out the water he was drinking.

"I've liked Eleanor from the start." Luke says. "I have seen the episode where she's in the hot tub with Louis and she was just really respectful and nice. It was clear that she is someone you could have serious conversations with and that's very important to me. For some reason though she just acted like a little bitch in the beginning." Luke looks fondly at Eleanor and ruffles her hair. "But I have liked spending time with her. She's amazing. I realised that I really liked her like that when she came back with someone else from Casa Amor. I was feeling pretty jealous."

"Thank you, guys and thank you Jake for your question! Now it's time for the last one. Hannah, 23 from Dublin!"

"Ah, hi! I can't believe I'm being picked!" she shrieks, making everybody in the villa laugh. "It's such an honour, by the way. Louis, Harry I just love the two of you and I'm in love with your love. Your journey has been unique and even when Louis said that it was over between the two of you, I knew that it was only temporary because just- look at the two of you! I have never seen two people so in love like the two of you! That's why I wanted to ask to both of you- what's your favourite moment of the show? Which experience means the most to you?"

"First of all, thank you love." Louis smiles at the girl on the screen. "It's nice to hear to be supported."

"Yeah." Harry reacts as well. "Thanks a lot, it means a lot to see that people can also see how we feel about each other. To answer your question, when Louis asked me to be his boyfriend is actually the most beautiful memory but that's a bit too cliché isn't it? Give me some time to think about something else, Lou give her your answer!" Harry nudges Louis with his elbow.

"It's stupid." Louis laughs "But we were doing the Disney challenge and Harry was all like I'm a princess, Lou! And that was just so fucking endearing and then he had to go on a date with that fake bitch Camille."

Laura clears her throat, giving Louis a pointed look but he ignores it.

"and then they came back, holding hands and I was like – No, that really shouldn't be her you know? And I see it as the best experience because that day was the first time that I didn't enjoy snogging someone random and I felt jealousy. I didn't want to realise it back then, but when I think about it now, I'm sure I already did, but it was my first step already to getting to know love, real love."

The public 'aws' and Louis blushes, looks at his shoes.

"What about your final answer, Harry?" Laura asks.

"Although Louis' answer is already early into the journey, mine's even earlier. It's stupid really. We were recording the Love Island opening, you know on the jeeps and I fell off."

The public laughs, Louis included and Harry playfully rolls his eyes.

"Anyway, I fell and there was this idiot here that didn't even helped me back up, just laughed. So I was pretty pissed off right and the only thing he could say was 'Don't fall again' and it has played a billion times in my head because I did fall, everyday, harder and harder, for that said idiot."

Louis bites his lip and Harry can't resist to capture them between his own quickly.

"Thanks a lot guys! The thirty minutes are over and it's time to reveal the winner of Love Island..."

"Are you nervous?" Louis whispers into Harry's ear.

"I got you, right?" Harry asks and Louis nods.

"Then I've won already."
