BEN P.O.V

"James, it was painful enough to make excuses for Danny once again. But for you too? Do you know how hard it is to see the disappointment on their faces? It fucking hurts."

"Ben, I'm sorry. I really am."

"No, you're not. And you know that. I just..." I sighed and rubbed my face.

"Come to the bus. We need to go soon."

I didn't wait for him to answer. I just threw my phone away. It crashed onto the concrete and burst into a million pieces.

"FUCK!"

My hands rubbed my face. I sighed and stroke back my hair.

I walked up to my phone. There wasn't anything left of it. I picked up the biggest piece I saw and looked at it.

"Shit, I just got this one." I chuckled a bit at my own stupidity.

I sat down. I was so mad at myself and frustrated. I let myself fall back. I just lay there on the cold parking lot looking at the stars.

Someone lay down next to me. I didn't bother to turn my head.

"Hey." It was Rose's comforting voice.

"Hey." I sighed, still looking at the sky.

"Look, you see those stars." She pointed at some.

"If you connect them, it's the small bear." I saw her smiling at me from the corners of my eyes.

"I love the universe. It's mysterious and inconceivable. Who knows what might happen up there right now."

I smiled and nodded.

"Ben, you're like a universe of your own."

I chuckled. She always seemed to be on some drug. But she never was. This was just her.

"And what's nice, is that unlike that universe, you are a universe that can talk."

"This universe is temporarily out of business." I sighed.

"No, it's not. A universe is never out of business." She sat up, legs crossed.

"Come on, Ben." She pulled my arm.

I groaned and sat up.

"Come here." She hugged me.

We parted but she hold on to my shoulders. She looked in my eyes. I felt her hands gently fall on my cheeks.

"You're tired. And not from sleep deprivation. I know how much this band means to you. And it hurts you to let fans down, or yourself. Just anyone really."

"Why is James such a dickhead, Rose?"

I smiled and shook my head. "I don't know. I think he does feel sorry for it though."

"He does this every time. I don't think he's sorry at all." I played with a small stone that lay by my feet.

"Okay, Ben. It's clear he can't control himself. And you know Luna is very good at making him forget everything. Talk to her and apologize to James."

"No, he needs to learn how to control is fucking needs."

"But he's not gonna any time soon. And for the sake of the band and this tour you need to talk to Luna."

"Fuck Rose. I hate you and your ideas." He laughed.

"I'm glad you appreciate them." He smiled.
