Taliah groaned, she knew Emily wouldn't go through with it. Something about Hailey intrigued her, she wanted to know more about her. She found her interesting. She didn't know if she wanted to be her, or be with her.

Emily snickered, she knew Taliah would get frustrated when she left her on read. She didn't know whether she should tell Hailey or not. They were both her best friends, she didn't want either of them to get hurt.

"Did she say anything?" Hailey asked.

Emily shook her head, "Nah, she's probably busy drinking."

She could tell Hailey looked disappointed, but she didn't want to tell her just yet. She wanted to see if they would be a good match first. She had the perfect idea.

Emily looked at Hailey with a mischievous look on her face and said,

"Wanna go to the carnival tomorrow night?"

Taliah groaned, she had drank too much last night. She turned her phone on, squinting due to the bright shine, and saw her instagram notifications.

She didn't remember following her, but she was glad that she did. As she was about to send a text to Emily, she scrolled up the conversation and saw the embarrassing text she had sent to her bestfriend.

Taliah hoped that she hadn't showed that to Hailey. She didn't even remember sending that.

Taliah sighed in relief, she didn't know what she would've done if Emily had shown her. A few seconds later, Taliah gets another notification.

wanna go to the carnival later ? :)

Taliah knew that Emily had something planned. She never put a happy face at the end of her sentences. Although she was suspicious of the whole thing, she had a good feeling about it.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the phone, Emily had a smirk on her face. She was hoping this plan would go well. If it didn't, then she would be in big trouble.

Taliah and Mia got ready for the night. She knew Mia had a huge crush on Emily, and even though she would be third wheeling, it would be worth it.

Hailey and Emily both got ready. Hailey had no clue who was going, she thought that it was only going to be her and Emily, and maybe some girls from the team.

*Facetime Call from Taliah*

As soon as Emily saw this notification, she ran to her room, making Hailey look at her with a suspicious look. She accepted the call and turned down her volume, making sure Hailey wouldn't hear her.
