these are my ocs and the story they're from fyi :3 not game characters
this is my first story fyi so don't expect much..
After a while of the both shopping at miscellaneous stores, they decided to start heading to the palace. "I wonder how Kinjari is gonna react when he realizes you spent a little money on me too." Poem mumbled.
"I didn't even spend that much though, maybe like.. Ion know.. $600?.. And like $12 of that was only for your little kitty keychain thing. Now thinking of it.. that was a total ripoff."
"But it's so cute look at itt!" She waved it around, showcasing all it's glory.
"I didn't know you were a cat person.. you act like a total dog."
"What is that supposed to mean?- Whatever, do you think your father would be mad at me?"
"Maybe if he finds out, but he probably won't so it's fine." Poem nodded from the response, she was about to reply until something interrupted here. "Mew!" Poem was totally confused.
"Did that come from the keychain?! Maybe it really was worth $12.."
"Meow!"
"No it didn't." Kass slapped Poem on the back of the head and then turned her head into the direction of a trash can.
"The.. trashcan meowed?"
"Oh my god. I MEAN LOOK BESIDE IT!" Poem turned her view to the farther side of it and spotted it. A litter of kitties.
"WAHHH!,?" She squealed and ran to them. "KASS LOOK AT THEM THEYRE SO THEYRE SO CUTE LIKETHIS ONE LOOKS LIKEA LITTLE CUTE GREMLINITS SCRAWNY AND THEN THIS ONES FLUFFY AND AND" Kass stared at the scene and sighed.
"Okay.. yeah they is cute. Let's go now." Poem stopped her rambling and glared at her.
"But I don't see their mother here! What if they just die out here!"
"Uhhh.. Well I can't bring them to my house.. so.. you can bring them to yo house!"
"Okay!! Help me carry them please!"
"Wait I was joking around—" 5 minutes later she was carrying 2 kittens. "What an oddball.." Kass thought while walking behind Poem.
"Kass walk faster.. if you don't wish for your father to yell at you." Kass walked up to Poem's pace and looked at her still walking.
"Y-you have no right to order me!"
"Yeah yeah, Ok your highness. Watch out for that stick by the way." Kass barely dodged the stick when she said that. Poem giggled a little at the sight. After a while Poem stopped Kass. "Okayy we're at my house, follow me." Kass looked around and realized, she has never been near here.
"Yo why is yo house so far away ? I ain't ever been near here.. Isn't this more near Vedd than Koolian?!"
"And you say I don't know my things.. This is more near ourel."
"M-My point still stands!" Kass replied flustered.
"I don't know.. my ancestors just built it more near ourel so they're more far away from the main part of the kingdom. No clue why.. Anyways, follow me." Poem started walking towards more the back and motioned Kass to follow her. Kass followed her and was still curious, she was practically holding back a million questions. She already learnt her lesson prior about asking questions. Then Poem stopped when they were behind her house and turned around.
"Wait— can you take these other 2 kittens real quick? I just realized that I can't just place them to the cold dirt ground! That'll just be nonsense."
"Gh— But I'm already holding tw—" Poem placed the 2 kittens on Kass' head.
"Thanks! Don't move please!" Poem shouted while running inside.
"Why am I friends with this oddball to begin with.." Kass mumbled. Kass stared at the forest that was behind Poem's house and sighed. "I'm gon get a god damn hunchback like this." She thought while being as still as she could be.
7 minutes later and the sun was starting to go down. "Oooo I'm gon get the beating of my life if this girl does not hurry up." She thought, starting to panick.
A full 21 minutes later and Poem came back. With a basket of laundry.
"I couldn't find anything else!! Sorry for making you wait this long!!" She apologized. Poem took all 4 kittens and put them in a basket.
"No comment.. no comment whatsoever." She sighed while stretching. Poem looked back at Kass with a sympathetic face. "Sorry for making you wait for so long.. but.. Aren't they so cutee?!?" She squealed.
"You know you have to provide for them." Kass replied. "Also, why outside? Yo momma wouldn't let you bring them inside?"
"Yeah.." She replied. "But won't you help me raise them?!?"
"W-what?!? No!" She shouted. "Why you bring them here if you don't even have anything that'll help you raise them??"
"Pleeasee" Poem begged
"I'd do anythinggg."
"Do not."
"Anythinggg~"
"Okk.. Can you bring me home now. I'll help you a bit. A bit." Poem suddenly looked as white as a ghost as she looked into the night sky.
"Oops.. yeah.. I'll try to talk to your dad out of screaming at you."
| | you think i would jus give up on this ?!? nuh uh!!!! 🗣️🗣️ OKAY okay anyways,, in other news, it's Kass' birthday (July 8th) (in est atleast..) So I wanted to post the next chapter during her birthday !! (this is an excuse cause i had no motivation for a bit) anyways,, happy birthday kass!!! my little silly ever !! back to my daily schedule :P rushed as FUCK art !
