"So you saved Peacemaker from being killed by Deadshot?" Victor asked Jazzlyn, them being back in the batcave with Bruce and Alfred.

"Helped --- Peacemaker. There was this lady who was driving him to safety." She said.

"What did she look like?" Victor asked.

"Blonde. Leather jacket? Stern? Tough?" She said.

"That's Emilia Harcourt." Bruce said. "She works for A.R.G.U.S under Waller."

"So she babysits these Task Force people?" Jazzlyn asked.

"More or less. I believe Peacemaker considers her a friend." Bruce said.

"Based on observations." Victor said.

"And this Floyd Lawton, Deadshot? I tied him up, took Smith to a hospital. Went back where I tied him up, ran back to the hospital and yet he wasn't there to kill Smith when he had the chance to." She said.
"And by the way, what does this Rick Flag mean to either of them?"

Bruce sighed. "Project Starfish. Flag was found dead beneath rubble in the site Jotunheim." he said.

"Stab wound, impaled through the heart." He added.

"In 2016, there was Project: Enchantress. One of the members of Task Force X went rogue and decided to try to take over the world. That was when Lawton worked with Flag, who let him see his daughter in-and-out of his cell. As a reward for completing the mission." Bruce said.
"Not only that. It seemed like Flag actually cared about the squad. He knew what sorts of fucked-up shit he could get into, and he never gave up on his troops for the sake of the mission."

Jazzlyn nodded. "Got it. Motive: vengeance." She said. "Unless Lawton's planning something bigger."

"Speaking of crimes and such. I heard about the crime rate in Central City, where the Flash is supposed to be. I should clean that place up." Jazzlyn said, putting on her jean jacket as she got ready to leave.

"Good thinking. We'll contact you for further updates." Bruce said.

Good afternoon, Central City.

Sprint sped through the streets. The civilians prosper together, celebrating the presence of a new speedster in town during the absence of the Flash.

She had captured groups of criminals, and members of crime gangs. Threw them in prison in the blink of an eye.

It also took a few disasters to avert. Talk about artificial tsunamis, earthquakes, and tornadoes.

Turns out there were these guys who got into strange accidents, and became freaks instead of dying. Just like any meteor freak or crazed metahuman, they chose to act for themselves.

Hell, she remembered she was missing from her own world. She needed to have some kind of reassurance that she had the right to stay here to help the people, otherwise her family back home might freak. Worst case scenario.

"Bruce?" She sat on the edge of a roof, trying to phone the Batman. Through an intercom installed in her suit.

"Sprint? Yes?" Bruce said.

"It's funny. Because I almost forgot that I just left my own universe, and I don't know what'll happen. My family might freak."
"So I just wanted to give you a heads-up that I might try going back." She said.

Quiet, she went. Until breaking all the ice.

"But then I would run back here! Yeah. I just need a sign that my world is OK." Sprint said.

"I get it, Sprint. We'll get things back on track 'till everything makes sense again." Bruce said.

On Sprint's end, things were about to take a turn for the worst.
