"It was Kai, he... okay. Please don't tell him and-"
"What?" Remi wasn't surprised.
The rest didn't want to speak, it didn't hurt them in particular.
"Continue. What are you talking about?" Chanel had slightly leaned forward unnoticed.
Kelly went to take a seat on the sofa chair, her bright blue crop top was rolling up at the bottom edges.
She was trying to make eye contact, hands crossed over her knees anxiously, "I don't really know the details, but, he texted me this morning and was just like... I don't even know."
She started pulling her phone from her pocket, "I'll just show you."
Kelly didn't have to put her phone out far, all of the were already leaned in.

Kelly face palmed herself and took her phone back, "That's all he said basically."
There was a heavy silence, besides the chatter coming from the other room.
It made Becca jump how fast Chanel got up and rushed to the room.
"Cha-" Cozen tried to say something, but it wasn't fast enough.
The door cracked the wall.
"Ch-" Kelly tried too.
"Okay, so, hey guys!" Her lips were quivering. "Kai, hey, hey. Okay, so, hey!"
She started nervously chuckling, "Kai, I saw the texts."
All of them had a sour expression, including the ones she didn't know.
She sat down on the bed.
Cozen backed out of the room and hovered by the couch.
"Kai, care to explain?" Remi was still in the doorway. Kelly wasn't even trying anymore, and Becca didn't know what to say. Ella was in the kitchen.
"It's not even that big of a deal, god, you come in here with everybody like you're tryna prove something." Kai didn't make any eye contact with the ones who mattered at that moment, only the other judges who seemed to agree with him.
"Yeah, fucking look at them. Don't look at your girlfriend who you deliberately told her-" Chanel pointed at Kelly, "Her, the one you've- god, why? Why are you acting like this?"
Remi had learned his lesson to stay out of stuff like this unless asked for, but he really wanted to throw in input.
"We're breaking up." Chanel sat up with one swift move and exited.
