Eiko (ウ)'s Backstory

Alone

I take another peek from under the bed, still staying hidden. The demon is gone. I sigh with relief. I come out from under the bed, and into the hallway.

What I see next horrifies me. Blood and bones. All over the floor. My sisters nowhere to be seen.

"Kazuko?" I call. "Akino...? Gen..?"

No response. I begin to tear up.

"H-Hika-?"

Nobody responds.

I begin searching the house, which is a wreck. Suddenly, a glimpse of hope appears. I see my sisters, under the table, lying down.

I step closer to them. They are bleeding everywhere, even from their mouthes.

Then I realize... they're dead..

"Eiko?"

I turn around upon hearing Kazuko's voice.

"Its up... to you...." she says weakly, coughing blood. "All hail... the queen of....."

"ぞ," she finally says, before coughing up one last bit of blood.

I tear up again. I hug my sisters' limp bodies.

And I cry, because I am now all alone...
