Featuring a comically large cast (a little joke to lighten the mood, cause this one's gonna be heavy folks—TW for death, so much angst, and a somewhat graphic fight) that I have conveniently divided up for your convenience

AVA'S OCS (avaaviesflowergirl)

Sakura Kai Nohana: a kind and soft-spoken demon slayer who lost most of her family to an attack by upper moon two, she now seeks to avenge their deaths by taking on the man himself. She uses cherry blossom breathing, a derivative of flower breathing that was passed down in her family.

Amani Yin Kamado: the younger sister of Tanjiro and Nezuko Kamado, she met the same fate as Nezuko when Muzan attacked their family. However, she is sweet and loyal to humans, even assisting demon slayers in battle.

Akai Bara: the rose Hashira and aunt to Sakura, a kind woman who takes many a young demon slayer under her wing. As stated by her title, she uses rose breathing, which derives from flower breathing.

Kegareta Namida: a shy, nervous demon slayer who still strives to help others and hopes to become a Hashira one day, she also lost her brother to Douma and wishes to avenge him. She uses cloud breathing, which takes inspiration from both the water and mist breathing styles.

MY OCS

Hanayo Tachibana: a young demon slayer with passion in her heart and fire in her eyes, she's a girl who wears her heart on her sleeve and lets her emotions guide her. She uses light breathing, which comes from Thunder breathing.

Shizuku Yuzuki: an elusive demon slayer who used to only fight alone, she is usually lost in her own daydreams. She uses dream breathing, which derives from mist breathing.

Emi Sakurada: a girl who was turned into a demon as a small child. While she used to personally serve Muzan, she has since began her journey of helping humanity.

Hanamaru Yuuki: a newer demon slayer with a sweet disposition who has trained in the art of fighting with war fans since she was young. She uses melody breathing, which derives from sound breathing.

Brief Appearances From...

Kasumi Minami: a loving mother figure to the group as well as the former student of the love Hashira, she fights for a world where her family and friends can grow up peacefully. She uses fairy breathing, derived from love breathing.

Canon Characters
Douma: the perpetually apathetic upper-two ranked demon in the twelve kizuki, as well as the leader of the Eternal Paradise cult. He uses a powerful form of cryokinesis combined with his two golden fans.

Summary: Sakura finally reaches her goal of facing off against Upper Moon Two, but has to pay a price in the end...

"You can't fight an upper rank! What was he thinking?!?"

Sakura shook her head at Hanayo's words, which rang out amidst the walls of the estate. She knew that it was only natural for them to worry. In fact, the idea of facing the man who killed her family made her worried too, maybe twice as much as the rest of the group combined.
