It had been a few days since my captivity . I'm sure my agency, and the police were looking for me. They probably already gave up, i wish i could too.

Nathan was trying to talk to me. "Veronica." He said. I  looked over, my eyes were red, and I was tired. I didn't respond. "Please answer me baby." He cried. "Please!" He waited patiently. I finally snapped."don't call me baby." I said.

"Why!" He shouted. "We're not together!! And we never will be!"I screamed. I noticed his eyes started to tear up. "I hate you! I hate you!" I screamed, I started hysterically crying, and shouting the words, "I hate you! I HATE YOU!" Repeatedly.

Then. He said. "Listen. I don't care what you think about me. I love you. Now go to bed. I have a surprise for you tomorrow." He smiled, walking off to the door, and going up into what seems like. The kitchen.

Was I really going to go to bed? No of course not. I was going to try to escape. I got out of bed. I was a lawyer, and I studied fights, so I know how to fight.

I looked at the glass. It was breakable but would make a sound. I needed a sharp heavy item. But their wasn't anything down here. My hands bc bc weren't enough to break the glass.

I don't know what to do, normally Nathan locks the door, but I guess that's a shot. I came up to the door twisting the door. It's locked.
Dang it
I looked over, I noticed that the bed was metal, so I used my nails and took the bolts out and took the metal bars apart. Then I hit the window, it shattered, I climbed out. I ran, finding the fence.

I jumped over the fence. To my surprise i saw, Jonathan, talking to one of the neighbors, they had my stuff! What the heck! I decided to listen to their conversation. "Yes, Veronica is in the basement right now, I plan to kill her. But leave it to me, so back off." Nathan said. My heart dropped. I gasped really loud. Suddenly, they turned around, jerking their heads. They stopped talking they started to come over to me, I decided to run, into someone's yard. Banging on the doors. "Help!" And "Please help me! I'm about to get murdered!" I begged. A old lady came out. "Come in dear! Fast!" She said.
