Mia's Catering Expands

Mia
I have been so busy with work I nearly forgot my parents wedding anniversary. Christian reminded me of it. So I had to call in people to manage the events that were scheduled for that day. Talk about overtime. I really hope they get things done quickly. I have wedding cakes and I am opening a new restaurant for the first time and we are having issues with our licenses. It looks like we might not be able to serve alcohol and personally I would rather we didn't, but with my catering services we need the liquor licenses. I refused to have Christian pull some strings for me regarding this situation. I have been told to delegate often now that I have my business running smoothly. My assistant was hired by GEH's hr department and he is an excellent worker. John Bingham has a lot of skills and experience in cooking. To get his degree he worked as a chef.

Grace
We are going to the Mile High Club for our anniversary celebration and a lot of people have been invited. Christian has went all out for us and everyone is coming. We are going to have a great time. We get to see Christian's latest acquisition and they are excited about having us as their first closed party. I am dressed in an evening gown and Carrick in a tuxedo. The tables have been filled and we are seated where everyone can see us. It was a perfect night and the place was perfect and we danced and enjoyed all our guests.

Carrick
This is the best way to celebrate our anniversary. Dinner, dancing, family and friends. Grace is enjoying herself and that's all that counts to me. Mia and the boys have came without dates, but there are enough single people here to keep them busy. Unfortunately I don't think the boys are interested in the choices here. I guess Mia talked Anastasia and her parents to come. I have to say they can dance. I know they had an issue with party crashers who were trying to get a story about the Steele's and it was resolved easily. I don't think many would go up against the Steele's because of the rumors regarding them. Grace said that Anastasia has the skills of an experienced trauma surgeon. She's going through her training in no time at all. She's only lost one patient and he was dead when he arrived. She would love to see her train as a pediatric surgeon as well.

Mia
I am enjoying myself with Anastasia and a few others who are single. Elliott and Christian have joined us and are hiding out from a few young ladies who would love to have them take the bait from their trap. My brothers know gold diggers when they hear and see them. Anastasia is one of the few who could care less about money. I notice that she and Christian have been talking about business and a few things she has in mind if she gets the time to create the app herself. She's talking above my head at this point. She's normally pretty quiet about what she's doing but I guess they have a business degree in common. She is a trauma intern at Seattle Grace Hospital so she's been a busy person, but she made time to come to the party.

Christian
Normally I would ignore Mia's friends but Anastasia has always been different. She is quiet and beautiful but deadly. There's more to her than meets the eye. I couldn't stop talking to her about so much. I know that she's going to be excellent at everything she chooses to do. Her training was intense when we went for self defense training she excelled and was moved to advanced classes and apparently they even offered her triage training and she advanced there very quickly and was able to use it to get her medical degree faster. Then she went onto a business degree and computer programming. She definitely has a busy schedule. I ask her to dance with me so I can get closer to her. We started laughing when she stepped on my feet a few times before we finally synced with one another. I decide to ask her out on a date and she says yes but she doesn't know when her next day off will be. I tell her to give me a call when she finds out and I will work around her schedule.

Anastasia
I have not had this kind of conversation in a long time and that was with someone so much older than I am. I think Mia was a bit upset at our conversations not including her, but that wasn't intentional at all. I brought her into the conversation as much as possible. Christian asked me to dance and I accepted and of course stepped on his feet a few times until we finally synced our steps. He not only asked me out and he gave me his phone number and told me to call when I find out my next day off. I gave him my number as well. He offered to drive me home and since my parents were still having fun I tell them to stay and Christian can drive me home. Mia came with us because she hadn't seen my new apartment yet. I really couldn't deny her that and we finally make it to my apartment and I am living in an apartment with security close to the hospital. It's a three bedroom apartment with an office and a library. My parents bought it for me. Along with my bulletproof car. I didn't even ask them the cost of the two of them.

Christian
We were invited into her apartment and she gave us a tour of the place. Her library was full of books about everything. Mia asked if she read romance book and Anastasia chuckled and said not as many as I would like. Most of her books were advanced educational books. We spent about two hours there and all of us chatted. I finally dragged Mia away to let Anastasia get some sleep. Kissing her was out of the question in front of Mia.

Mia
I loved Anastasia's apartment and asked if there were anymore in the building. She told me that she had no idea if there were any more apartments available for purchase or rent. She gave me the realtors number to call them. We head out and Christian is not happy that I was with them on the drive home because he wanted to have some alone time with Anastasia. I apologized to him and he told me he is going out on a date with her soon and no I can't join them.
