A Cross Invasion

Gideon
My family ascended upon Seattle to make the reacquaintance of Mia Cross. Mom, dad, my brothers and sisters are awaiting our arrival in Seattle. Mia is definitely nervous about this situation. The paparazzi already know where my family are staying and it's a mob that they have to sneak past at this point. The Cross family make news, but they make news even more so in Seattle. Christian has offered to put some of them up at his home and the rest can stay at his penthouse. His mother and father offered as well. Mia thought it would be a good idea to let them stay at her home, but I nixed it because I want my privacy with my bride.

Mia
I have met the Cross family and they are nice but intimidating. I hope they are able to accept me as their daughter in law. They expect a wedding and so does my family. So I am going to have to face planning a wedding and I will be there trapped. His female relatives are going to want in on the planning of the wedding and he has warned me of this fact. I get to meet all the Cross family at once. His father Christopher and mother Ellen, his brothers Alexander and Timothy, then his sister Ireland and Isabel Cross. Gideon is the oldest child and they want a big wedding. We might have to do a wedding in New York as well.

Christopher
We are waiting for Gideon and his new wife to arrive at the hotel suite. Ellen has spoken to Grace Grey about a wedding and they think that one here and one in New York to cover all bases. We have met Mia before but felt she was too immature to think of marriage. Something has changed since then if he married her. We had thought that she would be a good match until we met her years ago.

Ellen
I don't like how fast this marriage took place and wonder if she is pregnant? I know Gideon is opening a restaurant in New York after eating at her restaurant and he made a deal to help her expand her business to New York. I know he was going on and on about the food. She's the owner of the restaurant and several other businesses that sprang off from a catering business she started. She didn't use her family name to make it. We got here and saw that she definitely had a nice number of buildings with businesses inside them. She lives close to them as well in a restored home. If the home reflects the owner then she has changed a lot.

Ireland
We have met the Grey family for lunch at Christian Grey's restaurant and in his private room. Mia's was filled up reservation wise for the next three months. Customers are coming and going all the time. They have a lot of businesses in the building next to where her catering and restaurant businesses are located. There is even a way to go from one building to the other without going outside. Someone was creative. My parents informed all of us that they want weddings and they will get them. We have no choice in the matter, just like Gideon doesn't.

Isabel
I think that I am just going to turn the wedding planning over to mom and sit back. I have grandmothers wedding dress to get married in already. After being brought to Seattle to get these plans worked out for a wedding for both sides of the families I am not going through this with mine.

Timothy
This trip couldn't have came at a better time. My fiancé cheated on me and I had her things moved to her parents home including a photo of her in my bed with two guys and a girl and they weren't sleeping. I needed to get away from New York while the movers and cleaners went to work. They gave my bed to Deanna so she could have memories of what she did to break my heart. Her parents have tried to get me to change my mind but that's not happening. They tried to sue for breach of contract but found out that Deanna was the one who breached by cheating on me with not just one person but more than the three photographed.

Alexander
I tried to warn Tim that Deanna was trouble and he didn't want to listen to me. Now he wished he had. I had heard about her, but rumors aren't always accurate. The rumors were mild compared to what she really got up to sexually. She had been engaged three times and the other person broke it off with her. One was a woman who found her in bed with her own brother. I have been in situations where my girlfriend cheated on me too. That one was trying to catch a wealthy husband and it was obvious. Now we hope Mia is better than when we met her the first time. I might see if there are young ladies in Seattle to go out with while we are here.

Grace
I don't know how to start the conversation about the weddings for the family. We are going to be talking about wedding planning which Mia owns a wedding planning company. Ellen Cross thinks it's bad form to have a wedding without family in attendance.

Carrick
Christopher and I know to let the women sort out the wedding arrangements and sit back and listen and watch. I would have liked to walk my daughter down the aisle and give her away. The father daughter dance and I want that if I can get it. The rest is for the women to enjoy. Mia and Gideon are listening to everyone about the wedding they want and they sit there very quietly. I am sure he and Mia will voice their opinions soon once they get more rest.
