"Gulf, you're gonna be late!!!"

"Yes, mae, I'll be down in a bit."

It was now Monday a.k.a 2 days after that Halloween date. I applied the chocolate hazelnut chapstick on my lips, making sure they were even before slipping the tube into my backpack.

I grabbed my phone from the nightstand and then walked outta my room and down the stairs. I saw Mew casually munching on a piece of waffle while my mother was on her iPad doing god knows what.

"Morning,"

"Morning!" The two said in chorus.

"You took longer than Nattarika, what were you doing?" Mew asked kinda pouty.

"Probably jerking off to the thought of you," My crazy mother mumbled as she got up from her chair and casually walked past me. Mew finished his waffle quickly before making his way to me, a smug smirk plastered on his face.

"W-what?" I stuttered out dumbly.

"Were you?"

"Was I what?"

"Jerking off at the thought of me,"

"Wa-wh- oh my god, nooo! Why are you so pervert?"

"Well, I don't know, Bii. Maybe because I got an insanely hot boyfriend and his Mae just told me something,"

"And you believe my mother over me?"

"Who knows, maybe she was right," He shrugged his broad shoulder and I groaned in annoyance.

"No, I wasn't. My hair just doesn't want to cooperate and I look like a walking dead with a pale face and bag under my eyes,"

"So you stole your mum's make-up then? Or was it Nat's?"

"No, it was mine. I have them for times like this when school forced me to go on a date with a bunch of assignments,"

"Awe, how was the date?"

"Brilliant, amazing, awesome! I swear I'll smash their head if I didn't get at least an A on these," He chuckled at how sour I was being but then engulf me in his famous hug.

"I'll buy you your milkshake once we're there, okay?"

"Yeah, okay,"

"And I'll help you bash their head if you didn't at least get an A on it,"

"Thank you, I really appreciate it but I don't want you to get suspended so let's just do it in my head," Ha laughed again and I can't help but smile as well, it's just that contagious.

"Let's get going then yeah? Don't wanna miss your daily dose of milkshake now, do we?"

"Course not, c'mon"

"Mae, we're leaving!"

"Bye, my soon-to-be-son-in-law! Bye, honey pie! I love you both!"

"Love you too!" Mew and I yelled back at her.

He opened the door for me as per usual and then started to drive to the school. He put on "amo" by Bring Me the Horizon and we jammed to it until eventually arrived at school.

We saw Bright and Win heavily making out by Bright's locker as soon as we walked in but to my surprise, I feel no pang at all. I just feel natural, like it's nothing. Is that weird?

Mew grimaced at them, quickly escorting me to my locker and turned his back to them. I raised my eyebrows at him but he said nothing so I let it slip. I dumped the stuff that I won't need and left my binder along with the assignment only in my bag. I closed the locker door and we made our way to the cafeteria.
