Powers: Controls Water (She is similar to Blaze but instead of controlling fire she controls water, she uses it to fight and heal. At times when facing an enemy who is organic she can control their blood but she doesn't use it as a habit only when needed. She's basically a water bender but with more attack like abilities and can shoot out water at will instead of storing it in a pouch or anything related.)

Hydra Rio: A form similar to Blaze's burning form but instead of fire she's cover in water and can breath underwater like a mermaid, similar to Blaze who use the 7 soul emeralds Rio can use the 7 World Rings to transform since she is the protector of the world rings
Dark Rio: Using negative Chaos energy she's an equal threat as Dark (Y/N), appear is similar to the dark form
