wedding
the morning of our wedding..
wow.
i can't believe it's my wedding day,
the day i've been waiting for my whole life.
with the doof i've loved for who knows how long.
i love you, michael gordon clifford.i love you more, luke robert hemmings.
wait, dOOF?
oh hell no.
*start scene*
"Luuuuuuke?" Michael called out, a devilish smirk on his face.
"Yeah, babe?" Luke replied, a sweet tone apparent in his voice.
"Can you come over here for a second? I need you for something."
"Sure, be out in a second."
Luke stepped out of the kitchen, wrapping his arms around his fiancèe's waist. Michael turned around to face Luke, that same smirk still apparent on his face. Pecking him quickly on the lips, Michael walked Luke to their shared bedroom and pushed him down on the bed, hovering on top of the blonde.
"I saw your journal," Michael lowered down to whisper into Luke's ear, sending shivers down his spine. "Don't call me a dork."
Michael started kissing Luke passionately, palming Luke through his jeans. The younger lad moaned into Michael's mouth, giving his tongue permission to enter Luke's. Michael stopped to take his shirt off, but immediately started kissing Luke again. Luke flipped them around, him being on top of Michael now. Kissing down the older lad's body, Luke stopped at above Michael's boxers, looking at him for permission. Michael immediately nodded, throwing his head back onto the bed.
*then some smut stuff happens*
"You're still amazing as ever, Lukey." Michael panted, adrenaline rushing through his veins.
"Hell yeah, I am." Luke ran his fingers through Michael's hair.
Getting up to take a shower, Michael and Luke entered together.
later...
Luke watched his husband-to-be walk down the aisle, looking as stunning as ever with his beautiful lilac hair. He stood in front of Luke, taking in his appearance as well.
"Luke Hemmings and Michael Clifford - Today you enter as individuals, but you will leave here as husband and husband, blending your lives, expanding your family ties, and embarking upon the grandest adventure of human interaction. The story of your life together is still yours to write. All those present have come to witness and celebrate your love and commitment this day - eager to be a part of the story not yet told. True marriage begins well before the wedding day, and the efforts of marriage continue well beyond the ceremony's end. A brief moment in time and the stroke of the pen are all that is required to create the legal bond of marriage, but it takes a lifetime of love, commitment, and compromise to make marriage durable and everlasting. Today you declare your commitment to each other before family and friends. Your yesterdays were the path to this moment, and your journey to a future of togetherness becomes a little clearer with each new day."
Luke breathed in and out, smiling cheekily at Michael, who winked back at him.
"Do you, Michael Clifford, accept Luke Hemmings as your lifemate and one true love, promising to share in all that life offers and suffers, to be there for him in times of need, to soothe him in times of pain, and to support him in all endeavors, big and small?"
"Fuck yeah!" Michael smiled while the minister gave him a death glare. "I mean, I do."
There was a slight laughter in the crowd, but for the most part it was silent. Luke playfully shoved Michael, biting his lip from bursting out laughing.
"Do you, Luke Hemmings, accept Michael Clifford as your lifemate and one true love, promising to share in all that life offers and suffers, to be there for him in times of need, to soothe him in times of pain, and to support him in all endeavors, big and small?"
"I absolutely do." Luke bit his lip to keep from crying, a gloss forming over his eyes.
Luke gave the ring to Michael, fitting it onto his finger perfectly while putting his own on as well. "This means we're seventy-five percent married now," Luke chuckled into Michael's ear.
Michael smiled like an idiot and tried to keep back the laughter bubbling up inside of himself. He then turned his attention back to the minister.
"And now, by the power vested in me by the State of New South Wales, I hereby pronounce you husband and husband. You may now kiss the groom."
Michael held Luke's face in his hands, leaning in to kiss him. Luke wrapped his arms around Michael's neck, kissing with great passion.
"I love you, I love you, I love you," Michael said in between kisses.
"I love you more than you will ever know, Mikey."

5 years later..michael, you have probably forgotten all about this old journal by now. i want this to last forever, like the idea of cory and topenga, only it's like cory and shawn instead. (i know how much you ship them) after i've written the last sentence, i'm throwing this into the ocean so it will live forever, like us.
i
