『 ↳✧・゚ S5:E7: "You Jump, I Jump, Jack."
↳ ❝𝐅𝐥𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐧.❞ 』Lorelai and Emily Gilmore walk into the living room, their voices echoing around, "Come on, the girls are waiting."
Rory looks up, "Hey, what happened?"
"She honked," Emily explains Lorelai's tardiness.
Lottie knows what her grandmother means, but it still sounds a little dirty to her. She whispers kinky before quickly saying, "Another bumper sticker test, huh?"
"I just thought up a great idea for a reality show. You pull people over who have those 'honk if you love whatever' bumper stickers, you kidnap them, and you make them do whatever the bumper sticker says they like to do, whether they do it or not. And then you make them eat bugs."
Emily intervenes before Lorelai can keep on rambling, "So I hear you have a new boyfriend."
She gasps, "How did you—?" She turns to her daughters, betrayal present on her features.
"Not from us." They quickly deny it.
"Don't jump on the girls."
"How, Mom?"
"Kirk told me." Of all the ways, that had to be the strangest one.
The twins have never looked this confused, brows furrowed, "Kirk?"
"Kirk, who?"
"How many Kirks do you know?"
Lorelai continues with incredulity, "My Kirk? Stars Hollow Kirk? Kirk, who hasn't started shaving yet, Kirk? How did you find out from him?"
"I called the Inn looking for you, and Michel answered, but he was in the middle of some argument with the horse veterinarian. Then there was a cracking sound, and the phone went dead. Then there was another man's voice saying 'hello'."
"Kirk?" She interrupts.
"Bob."
"The gardener?"
"More twists than O. Henry." Adds Rory.
"He told me something in a heavy Spanish accent, all while Michel was yelling at the vet in French."
"I leave, and the U.N. erupts." Lottie can't help her snort of laughter.
"Then Kirk came on. He was there delivering something. And when I told him I was looking for you, he told me you were probably at your boyfriend Luke Danes' house. Now, why were you hiding it from me?"
