The Date

"Sure. Where'd you like to go Ajax?" Xavier asked the nervous boy beside him. "You can choose."

"Uh..I dunno." Xavier shrugged. "How about you guys go to cheddar's? It's a really nice place. The food is a 10 out of 10." Enid explained to them.

"Great now leave!" Bianca shoved them out the door. "10 bucks he chickens out?" Enid offered. "No 10 bucks he does it but makes a fool out of himself." Bianca bets.

"20 bucks if they get together, but they don't tell anyone." Wednesday said. "Deal." The girls agreed.

-After the boys get changed and take the bus to Jerico-

"Why did the girls want us out so bad?" Xavier questioned. "I dunno. Probably to make out or something." Ajax shrugged.

"Ugh gross." Ajax chuckled at the taller boys answer. They finally arrived at cheddar's and Ajax opened the door.

"Ladies first." He smirked. "Yea,haha. Fuck you." Xavier rolled his eyes. "Good evening! Welcome to Cheddars. How can we help you today?"

"We'd like a table for a party of 2." Ajax told the older woman. "Great. Could I get  a name for that? It's around a 5 minute wait."

"Ajax." The woman nodded her head," Thank you. You can have a seat."

-With the girls-

"I wanna know what's going on between the two love birds!" Enid whined. "Thing?" Wednesday called. Thing crawled towards her. "Go spy on there little date."

-Back with the gays-

"Ajax, Party of 2?" The woman called shortly after. "Follow me." She lead them to a booth in the back of the restaurant.

"Here is your Menu's. My name is Tina. Your Waitress will be out shortly." Xavier grabbed a menu and thanked Tina.

"Your very Welcome! You two have fun on your date." Tina grinned and walked off. "What?" Xavier questioned. Secretly he loved that people thought that he was with Ajax but, how awkward would that be?

Ajax shrugged and scanned through the menu. "I'm your waitress Kendra. How yall doing tonight?" The small lady asked.

"Good. How are you?" Xavier asked. "Great. Can I get yall started with something to drink?"

"I'll have a Orange soda please." Ajax spoke. Xavier mouthed Ew to the shorter boy. "Can I have a Dr.pepper?"

"Yup. I'll be out with that soon." Kendra walked off. "Orange soda? Fucking gross dude." Xavier laughed.

"What? Its amazing. Your missing out." Ajax smiled. "Yea right."

"Here are your drinks. Are yall ready to order." Kendra asked. "I am. Are you?" Ajax looked Xavier. "Mhm. You go first though."

"Can I please have your shrimp Alfredo pasta?" Ajax ordered. "Mhm. For you?"
Xavier read off the menu,"Um, a chicken pot pie, please?"

"Yep of course."

-After they ate cuz I don't want to think-

"Here is your bill." Kendra handed it to Ajax. "How much was my meal?" Xavier asked, getting his wallet out.

"Dont worry about it. I got this one." Ajax gave the waitress the money. (I don't think he has a card yet so.)

"No,no. I'll repay you. What was the price?" Ajax shrugs and forces Xavier to leave the restaurant with him.

"No, please let me repay you." Xavier tried handing him a 20 dollar bill. "Stop Xav. I got it."

"Fine. Fine." Xavier put the 20 in his pocket and continued to walk to the bus stop with Ajax.

"I do want to ask you Something."
