Jungkook finishes having a shower and steps out of the bathroom but his uncle Yoongi stays seated on the end of his bed watching his every move
He rubs a small towel drying his hair and gets something to wear before going to sleep when he catches him, he's been staring at him, he smiles and greets him. Jungkook knows he's uncle knows what happened with him with the president's daughter and Yoongi didn't know what to feel about it..
He knows the ritual Jungkook's made involving Taehyung is starting to affect her without her control.. she will act according to what is supposed to happen. She is bound to be his mate and none of them can break it.
But Jungkook seems not worrying about it. In fact he's enjoying it and Yoongi can't blame him, it all happened unintentionally
He's happy and plans to ignore every scold he will say to him
"Hello uncle" he said softly and sits beside him still rubbing his hair with a towel. Now wearing a shirt and sweatpants
Yoongi furrowed his eyebrows irritated eyes, never leaves him till he rubs a hand on his nose
"What is that smell? Haven't you smell yourself?!" He asked and move away from him. Jungkook raises his arms smelling his armpits playfully then look at him with smug face
"What smell?" He asked though he's much aware of what smell he's saying. He smells like Taehyung, his mate and he much like it
"You cannot smell it?" Yoongi asks again moves further away from him and he doesn't know when his sense of smell got highlighten this strong
"Uncle.. don't act like you're a werewolf. Let me remind you that we're merman" he chuckles
"I know, i know! How can I forget about it when your dad contacts me frequently these past few days reminding me to take you home!"
Jungkook frown deeply on that. He doesn't want to go back. Not now that he thinks he's inlove. In love with a human. His father would likely to separate them and he doesn't know what he can do if he do something bad to her
He knows his father, he will do everything in his power to break the bond he made between them that is if he could do it
He can't lie that at first he didn't like the idea of having a partner that isn't like them but now that he's actually experiencing it with the first daughter, eventually he's liking it. He is starting to like her and there's this new feeling within him to keep her protected at any cost
"Please uncle, Don't give me to him... Let me enjoy it here and I'll make it up to him to just let me here"
"Jungkook.. you know that sooner or later you need to go home. You need to take over the crown and there's no way you can avoid it"
Jungkook stand up and face him, he's so mad that he couldn't control his power
"I know my duty from the moment I've learned to write and read.. father make sure of it and you didn't have to remind me over and over again!"
Yoongi bows his head to his nephew feeling bad about what he just said to him.. he might be his uncle, an elder to him but Yoongi can't deny that he's in no position to nag him..
"I'm just worried of you... I know my brother. He's going to stick to the rules and laws of our kingdom, though no one wanted what just happened about you imprinted on her. I'm just reminding you your highness"
"thank you for your concern but i believe that will be my problem and i will face him when I'm ready! And trust me... No one in the palace can separate me from my future queen!"
