Harry was sitting outside on a park bench playing the acoustic guitar softly to himself when Joe found him. Harry was quite shocked, he didn't realize anyone was listening. He was singing so softly he could barely even hear himself above the bustling noise of the city. Joe set his briefcase down and dug his fingers into his shirt pocket.
"Nice to meet you sir, I'm actually a scouting agent for a record label. I heard your song just now and I think that you're exactly what we are looking for. Here's my card." he flipped the business card out of the pocket with the tips of his fingers and handed it to Harry with a calm eagerness. "Don't hesitate to shoot us an email if you're interested. What was your name, by the way?" His eyes met Harrys, in a soft gaze, the sunlight gleaming in them so warmly, causing Harry to stutter.
"I- I'm Harry. Nice to meet you-" He looked down at the card, reading it, "Joe Jonas" Harry looked down at the card again, this time staring at it in silence. Joe felt a strange feeling, he wasn't sure what it was. Excitement, maybe? This man seemed familiar to him but he wasn't entirely sure why. "It was nice to meet you too, wonderful song, I hope I can hear it in a studio soon" Harry sent him off with a gentle smile, and then looked back down at the card, beaming a wide toothy grin at it.

Later that night, while Joe was sorting through his emails he came across one from Harry. He then sent an application to Harry, and even waited a whole hour before leaving the office to go home just to see if Harry would send the application back that night. Joe couldn't help himself, he was just too excited. He hadn't heard such an exquisite sound as Harrys in far too long. Joe kicked his feet onto his desk daydreaming about all the beautiful music they would produce together. Suddenly the ping of his laptop jerked him back into reality sending him and his desk chair crashing on the floor behind him. Laughing embarrassingly to himself, he glanced around to make sure none of his employees caught that humiliating slip. Of course they didn't, he was already there two hours past office hours, waiting for this email. He almost fumbled over himself, grabbing the computer mouse so hastily and clicking impatiently to check the notification, only to stop in his tracks at the sight of the application.

Full Name: Harry Styles.

That's the moment Joe put the pieces together. Harry Styles? There's no way. Well- actually there was a way.  It has been over a decade since he last saw Harry and he was in London so geographically it makes sense, he even had the same hair and eye color so genetically it makes sense but- Joe slumped into his desk chair dramatically.
'There's no way. What are the odds?'
