Sekai Magical Girls!!!

Chapter 2

"Minori.. You should become a magical girl." said Miku. "What the.. This must be some kinda prank." Minori said. The fact that theres a small, tiny Hachune Miku telling her to become a magical girl is really concerning. How could it even speak? "Minori.. What about More More Jump? Don't you want it back?" asked Miku.

    Minori froze. How did that thing even know about MMJ? What is happening? "Um.. Well, yeah. But, I don't really have time for that idol stuff anymore.. And, how do you even know about that? What does becoming a magical girl have to do with MMJ..? "Minori, Ever since MMJ disbanded, you wanted to get it back. If you become a magical girl, I can grant you a wish.."

    What? Is she serious? A wish..? "Well.. Um.." Minori stuttered. She didn't know what to do. At home, she's absolutely miserable. Her parents always fight, Her sister Ena is always stressing out, her brother Akito is never home, and her parents always tend to invade her privacy. If she became a magical girl, she can wish for all of that to end.. But about MMJ and Haruka— god, she can't decide. "Uh.. Could you tell me a little more..?"

    "Of course." Said Miku. "If you fight witches, every night, I'll soon let you make a wish. If you want to become a magical girl, you'll have to sign a contract in exchange for your powers." Minori thought for a bit. That would be cool, actually.. And she could make a wish too. Surely, nothing could go wrong.. right?

"O-Okay!"

The next day, She was walking to school with her soul gem in her bag. She was gonna show Mizuki, someone she really trusts. As she was approaching the school, Mizuki ran up to her and gave her a hug. "Hi Minori!! Why didn't you call me to walk home with you yesterday? Did something happen?" Mizuki asked. "Oh, I was in a hurry. Sorry for not telling you that I was going home.. But anyways, Check this out!" Minori showed Mizuki with a bright smile. "It's a soul gem! Mizuki, yesterday, while I was walking home, there was this- Uh, Mizuki, Are you okay? You look paranoid." Minori's bright smile turned into a worried face. Of course she was worried, Mizuki was staring at the soul gem, looking.. different. "Minori, why do you have that? You're not supposed to." Mizuki looked up at Minori's face after she said that, waiting for an answer. "Huh? I signed a contract to become a magical girl!" Minori said, tilting her head. "Wait- Seriously?! What was going on in your head, Minori??! Did you even think twice before deciding to sign that contract!?" Mizuki was tearing up. Minori was really confused, and shes starting to get even more worried. "Mizuki, just because I'll become a magical girl doesn't mean we can't be friends anymo-" "NO!! Minori, its NOT because we can't be friends anymore!" After Mizuki said that, everyone turned their heads and looked at the pair. Mizuki then sighed and said "Lets talk about this at break."

Minori then shoved her soul gem into her bag as Mizuki started walking into the school. Minori followed her wondering what Mizuki meant when she said that she wasn't supposed to have a soul gem.. Could that have meant Mizuki was also a magical girl? She'd have to think about that later. Minori reached her locker, opened it, and put everything inside. She started walking to her first class, at least she wasn't late today.. But, still, she probably won't even be focused like yesterday. All her mind was on the magical girl shit and Mizuki. What the hell was she talking about?

After the few classes before break, Minori picked up her things and left as fast as she could. She didn't want anyone to ask her about help at all. She ran all the way to the rooftop and saw Mizuki. She was sitting on the bench, looking up at the sky. Minori sat next to her, and that caught Mizuki's attention. "Minori, this morning, you said that you've become a magical girl, right?" Minori Looked down, and replied with a "yes." Mizuki continued talking, "Minori, you might regret that. Once Miku gives you a wish, it might unintentionally do something else. But, its too late now.. you can't go back to being a normal person." Minori's eyes widened. "So.. you can't become a normie again? How do you even know any of this, Mizuki?" Mizuki went back to looking at the sky and said "I'm also a magical girl, y'know. I didn't expect you to just become one out of nowhere, but if I knew that you'd become a magical girl.. I'd try stopping you." Minori looked down with a sad expression. "Ah.. I shouldn't have done that.. Well, Mizuki, since you are a magical girl, Could you show me a few ways to fight a witch?" Mizuki looked back at Minori and smiled. Of course. But just know that I'm not the only magical girl in this school." They both laughed. "Thanks, Mizuki! Lunch breaks almost over now, so we should get back downstairs."

anyways, im really happy this had more than 800 words!!!11! I worked reaaaaaallly hard on this, but sometimes it just comes out to be a lil too short ｡ﾟ(ﾟ'Д｀ﾟ)ﾟ｡

theres gonna be a few references from madoka magica, and this next chapter is gonna have a lot of references to.. ep 3!1!1

if u dont want any spoilers or anything then either watch ep 3 first or just dont read chap 3, but at the same time, its not gonna be ALL like ep 3 so yeah :3
