I Cross My Heart - Jack Champion

Day 2 Part. 1

Dear Diary, 

Yesterday was.. something. I finally got to meet Jack Champion but he was a total jerk. He totally wasn't who I thought he was or pretends to be. I always thought he was nice because of the pictures and videos I have seen but I guess he just doesn't like me for some odd reason. The rest of the cast are so awesome. They welcomed me with open arms and were very nice. I am just gonna forget what happened between me and Jack. Today is a new day so hopefully it will be better. Its a fresh start and maybe today he will be less cranky. Only hope will have my back today. Today I had brown sugar Oatmeal, it was so good. And of course I had a ton of water. Which ended in me rushing to the bathroom. lol. We're gonna finish the reading today and I think today is when we get to do the chemistry read. Even though we already got to the part of the script where we talk to each other, the producers are probably wanting to see more. Anyways I have to go get ready again.

I got up from my desk and sat my desk to do some light make up. I wonder what I should wear.. I swear to god i have been redoing my left eyeliner for 20 minutes. Dude this is actually so frustrating. Die. Die. Die. Die. Oh my god. Finally! I got it just right. That took like a whole hour. Shit I have to rush AGAIN. I run to my dresser and decided to throw on a blue dress with flowers on it with my converse. I ran to my dresser again and put on some necklaces, bracelets and rings. Oh shit. Earrings. I stabbed my ear a bunch of times putting on some hoops then I finally got the backing in. I ran to grab my bag and rush outside to hop into my Uber. This time Lauren was inside. 

"Hi girl! Second day! How do you feel?" She asked me. "Great. The cast is amazing. I cant wait to get to shooting it." I responded. Yes I am going to leave out that Jack hates my guts because I  lied to her remember? "Oh and thank you so much for booking me the audition. I couldn't have done it without you!" I hugged her. "Aw sweetie. You're welcome. But remember that your amazing acting is what got you the role." She smiled at me. I smiled back at her. Lauren is like my mother figure since my mom didn't move with me. She wanted to stay in Washington because its "greener here, fresh, and less expensive." I agree, LA is super expensive. I am struggling. 

We got to the studio and Lauren headed off to the Coffee shop. I entered the same room and saw everybody seated. Instead of sitting with Jack this time I sat next to Lilly and she gave me a smile. I smiled back at her and we got started on the reading. After the reading was done everyone was shocked about the ending. I wasn't because I read and just laughed at everyone. (I am not going to spoil it. YOU NEED TO READ IT!) 

"Alright guys go hangout, do something, just leave. I need Jack and y/n to stay for the chemistry read." The producer, Jason said. Lord have mercy on my soul Jesus Christ amen. Jason had us stand in front of each other and gave us a piece of paper. It wasn't a script from the movie but something they created specifically for chemistry reads. I looked up at Jack and he seemed fine with me. See? Maybe he was just cranky yesterday. It was his line first. 

"You don't understand. When I see you, my whole world just lights up. I am lifted into the clouds and all I can think about is you. You make me a better person it's like I don't even know myself when I am around you. Love, please. Give me a chance to show you how much you mean to me." Jack said. He grabbed my hands and looked me in the eyes. Woah, it actually looks like he is in love with me. Oh shit my line. "If I give you a chance, promise you won't break my heart. Promise that this isn't some sick joke. I feel the exact same way about you and I will be devastated if you ever left me. So please just promise me first." I said looking into Jacks eyes. He kept eye contact with me until it was ready for him to read his line. "I promise love. This isn't a sick joke. You know I would never do that you. So what do you say? Do I get a chance?" He said with plead in his eyes. He is killing this I am going to be honest. "Yes. I am giving you a chance." I said smiling. This is the part where he has to kiss me. I didn't think that he was going to do it so I looked down. But all of a sudden he lifted my head and smashed his lips into mine. Oh my lord. Oh my sweet Jesus. I AM KISSING JACK CHAMPION. He took his lips off mine and smiled. The Jason spoke killing the vibe.
