|20| We're Going To Hosu

You froze in shock, not knowing what to do.

"Where will you be going L/n?" Uraraka smiled at you, you immediately flipping the page.

"Ah, I'm not sure yet... where are y'all going?" You grimaced mentally. You hated your great ability to lie, resented it, in fact. But hey, what am I supposed to do with the cards I was dealt but to play them?

Uraraka completely believed you. Completely. "Well, Midoriya doesn't know, I'm going to Gunhead, Iida is going to Manual, and Tsu is going under Selkie!"

You frowned at your paper. If Iida is going to Hosu... you decided to go over to him.

"Hey Iida!" You gave him your brightest smile.

"Oh, hello L/n-Kun."

"Jeez, so formal!" You leaned on his shoulder, pretending to look at his paper. "Ah, Manual is in Hosu right?"

Iida nodded.

"Well isn't that a coincy wink, I'm going to Hosu to intern!" NOOO WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU SAY THAT, JUST DON'T SAY THE AGENCY! "Illumi Industries!"

"... Your father's agency?"

"If you're thinking of going vigilante style and killing Stain, I promise you you'll regret it." You then went back to your go lucky and bubbly expression. "But thank goodness you'd never do that Mr. Class Rep!"

He now felt slightly guilty, but hid it. "Of course not!"

"Good." Bitch did you think you'd fool me with -82 lying skillz? "I'm glad that I won't have to haul your injured butt outta Hosu then! But, just in case I'll go to Hosu under... D/n. (Dad name)" You scowled when you said his name.

"Yeah..."

All Might suddenly appeared in the doorframe when you and Midoriya were walking out of class.

"I AM HERE, IN AN UNCHARACTERISTIC POSE!"

"Jeez, ya gotta boner or something?" You pushed past him. "See ya All Might, and in the future don't masturbate in school or else awkward stuff like this happens."

"T-That's not what happened Young L/n!"

"Jesus Christ you had a partner? Lemme guess, Midoriya's mom?"

Midoriya turned bright red. "W-WHAAAA?!?"

"Oh, was it a guy?"

"That's a complete misunderstanding!"

"Yeah sure. Anyways, I have to go pick up Kaito and Akihito from school as their legal guardian."

You were stopped by Aizawa. "L/n, can you stay after class today?"

"No, I'm sorry." You shook your head.

"It's quite urgent. It's about your internship."

"My... Internship?"

Aizawa nodded, and dragged you to the teacher's lounge.

"You're interning with your father, correct?"

You smiled at him. "Yep, but I'll be fine!"

He frowned. "You think I can't tell you're lying? The end of your lip twitched just now." He took a sip from the tea on the table. "I'm not an idiot."

"Ya sure?" You gave a proud look as he sighed and his eyelids twitched.

"Listen, kid. I know this is the best option for you Quirk wise, but are you sure this is the best option Psychology wise? I mean, if I'm correct he burnt you multiple times. I just don't know if an ex-convict is the best choi-"

"Jeez, chillax! He won't hurt me. Plus, I can learn how to get more control over my light Quirk!" You pretended to be positive. In all actuality, your nerves were skyrocketing and your head was thinking of millions of reasons to not intern with him. "Anyways, I gotta go get the twins from school."

"L/n our talk isn't over-"

"See ya tomorrow Mr. Hobo Caterpillar!" You waved, and before Aizawa could mutter a word you were gone.

"That damn kid..." He grumbled while sorting the papers in his hands. "I hope she just doesn't die or something."

"I can't wait to see what Hosu is like!" You beamed at Iida, most of the harem getting slightly jealous. "Right Mr. Class Rep?"

Iida nodded, acting like he normally acted but... off. "I'm sure there's a lot of great stuff there."

"I just hope I don't get lost..." You scratched your cheek in mock embarrassment. You actually grew up there, but ran to Musutafu for a new life.

Midoriya and Uraraka walked up to you, Midoriya worried for both of you.

"Hey Y/n!" Uraraka grinned as your heart panged. So... Cute!

"Hey there Uraraka-Chan! Oh and Midoriya-San! Or should I call you Uravity and Deku?"

Midoriya looked at the two in worry. "Hey, erm... if you ever need to talk to anyone, we're here for you. We're your friends after all."

"Sure." Iida gave a weak smile and you gently frowned for like a millisecond before flashing the smile you were known for.

"Don't worry! I'll make sure this kid doesn't do anything reckless." You tousled Iida's head.

"I was talking about you too Y/n, I mean your father..."

"Oh please, I used to live with the guy! I can handle a week with him." You feinted a smile and turned to go on the train. "Oh, the train's here! Me and Iida gotta go. Bye you two!" You hopped onto the train with an optimistic smile on your face.

You and Iida mostly sat in silence.

"So this is the place." You looked up at the unreasonably tall building. "Must be the size of his ego." You measured it with your hands. "Na, his ego's bigger."

You trotted inside, acting like you owned the place before stopping at a receptionist. "Hey, you know where Mr. Yorimoto is?"

The girl seemed to brighten up the room just by her smile. "Of course! Go straight this way to the elevator before heading to the 90th floor. His office is on the right!"

"Great, thanks Miss."

10 minutes later you arrive at the office. Yes, you got lost and got some coffee but can ya blame yourself? You really didn't want to see him again. "Guess I'm here..." You took a deep breath and pushed open the door.

And sure enough, he was there. The man who caused your mother's death, who caused Makoto's abandonment issues, who gave you the great ability to lie, who gave you your (e/c) eyes and (h/c) hair, who gave you the ability to manipulate people so damn easily, who gave you half of your Quirk.
