Midoriya sat in front of the doctor, half listening, half debating on Kirishima's earlier words. That is, until 3 papers were handed to him.

"Huh?" Midoriya grabbed them in confusion.

"That kid you saved, he wrote you a note." 

"And the other 2?"

The doctor sucked in a breath. "L/n's little brothers. They are worried sick. I presume you already know her... Situation."

Midoriya nodded and read the first note.

Dear Mr. Midoriya,

Is Onee-Chan going to be ok? Mr. Doctor told me she was just sick, but that isn't true, is it? He told me we have to go hang out with our dad. Please tell me he's lying? I'm scared, I'm really scared. I don't wanna hang out with dad, I don't wanna! I want Y/n! Tell them to help her faster! I'm scared, Mr. Midoriya!

Midoriya felt bad for the boy, and read the second note.

Dear Midoriya sir,

Kaito believed him, but I saw the news. She won't die, right? The newsman on TV said her life is in grave danger, and even though I don't understand what grave means, if she's in danger... I don't want to imagine that. The only true thing the Doctor Man said was that we have to live with "dad". Makoto seems terrified, to the point he's almost hysterical. Y/n was the only person that, no, Y/n is the only person that could ever raise us. And, judging by Makoto's actions, this "dad" is a bad person. Please, tell the man he can't put us in "dad's" hands.

"There's also a voice recording from the eldest."

Midoriya clicked play, only to hear loud screams.

"YOU CAN'T LET ME GO BACK TO DAD, YOU CAN'T, YOU CAN'T! I'M SCARED, PLEASE, DON'T LET HIM TAKE US! I CAN'T, I CAN'T, I CAN'T!! I WANT MY SISTER, I DON'T WANT HIM! P-PLEASE PLEASE! I CAN'T GO BACK TO THAT JERK!" It was true, the poor kid was crying and screaming at the top of his lungs.

"Kid, you have to calm dow-" The receptionist tried to quiet the kid down.

"I'M NOT GOING TO "CALM DOWN" UNTIL I HAVE MY SISTER! YOU CAN'T LET HIM TAKE US, PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!"

"Brat, we have to go."

"DON'T LEAVE ME WITH HIM, PLEA-" 

And then the tape ended.

"Why..." Midoriya clenched his fist.

"We aren't sure why he acted like that, we just presumed he was being dramati-"

"Dramatic?! You people know L/n was their sole guardian! Don't you think there was maybe a reason?!"

The doctor was shocked at the greenette's outburst.

"Well, who else was going to take them?"

"I DON'T KNOW BUT YOU- URGH!" Midoriya slammed his hand on the bed. He inhaled before attempting to calmly respond. "You don't just feed them back into the hands of their past abuser!"

"Abuser? There were never any cases of abuse under his name-"

"HE HAD CPS CALLED ON HIM 8 FUCKING TIMES, DON'T YOU PULL THAT SHIT! WHY DIDN'T YOU GIVE THEM TO LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE?!"

The doctor stayed silent.

"You know what? Here." Midoriya shoved him an address. "Just drop off the kids here, I'm sure they'll take him in."
