Louis stirs awake to an obnoxious ringtone. He blinks, the sunlight shines through the curtains. Apparently, they haven't closed them properly. The ringtone doesn't stop and soon he realizes it's his own. Someone's calling him. Louis reaches for it and groans. It's 7:27 a.m. too early in the morning after a long night.
''Who's calling?'' Louis turns around to a sleepy Harry. He yawns and points to Louis' mobile in his hands. The ringing stops. ''Was Lottie'', he simply answers. But only after 20 seconds or so it starts again. ''Will you answer?'', Harry says. Louis swallows, contemplating whether he should or not. Harry nudges his shoulder, so he presses the green button eventually.
''Louis! How dare you to run away? Mum's devastated, we all are devastated'', his sister yells. Louis can only imagine her angry face now but is intimidated only by her voice full of anger.
''Lots, hi... I am so, so sorry. It was the heat of the moment.'' Lottie huffs and then you can hear her breathing. ''You always ran away when something got complicated. The best example is your friendship with Niall you threw away and now you leave your mother on the day which is supposed to be the happiest in her life in a long time.''
Louis knows she's right and he made a huge mistake. He feels Harry's hands on his back and small kisses on his neck. ''I'm so sorry for getting you in this mess'', he whispers.
''Lou? Who's with you?'', Lottie wants to know. ''Um, yeah...'', he stutters. ''He's with me'', Harry interjects with a goofy smile. ''Harry? Wha? - Wait are you... you spend the night together?'', she cackles and Louis knows she grinning, so he rolls his eyes.
''Yeah, well... we are – hold on are we like together?'' Harry and Lottie break out in laughter. Louis watches him pouting and nudges him in his shoulder, too.
''You are both ridiculous.''
''Hey, babe.'' Harry cups his face and kisses his nose. ''You are so cute when you're pouting. But yes, I'd love to be your boyfriend if you want me to be.'' And all he can do is kissing his boyfriend and laughing hysterically.
''There must be someone who is very happy to have a boyfriend'', Lottie suddenly says through the phone.
''Um you're still there?'', Louis asks unnecessarily. ''Yes and I want you, both of you, to get in a fucking car and be here at 11 o'clock.'' Her tone is demanding and Louis really wants nothing except for being at his mum's wedding. ''We'll be there but don't tell mum, so we can surprise her'', Louis says smiling wide.
''Oh my God! This is amazing!'', Lottie cheers. ''And now get in the car.''
''Alright, bye.'' He hangs up although it might seem a bit rude to his sister but who cares because they're running out of time.
They scurry through Harry's apartment and then speed in his Porsche to Louis' flat. Liam and Zayn are still asleep. He runs to his room and grabs his suitcase he hasn't unpacked yet to his luck. Harry didn't unpack his thighs either which is very time-saving for the both of them.
''It would be good to have a shower now but it's too late'', Louis sighs heavily. ''Maybe we'll have time for a quick one in Doncaster'', his boyfriend shrugs.
They're about to leave when Liam comes in the hallway. ''What are you doing, Lou? Oh, is this Harry?'' Harry waves and smiles politely. ''Hi.''
''We're going back to Donny.'' Liam frowns, he is clearly confused. ''You know what? You and Zayn helped us to get there. I mean, that we're together'', Louis says after a few seconds.
''Together!'', his best friend cheers. ''Yes um... I wanted to say that you two should dress up and come, too. Get in your car. We'll meet at the ceremony.''
