"Where is she?" Stiles asks Allison

"Over there."

"Lydia." Stiles calls the strawberry blonde as she was staring into space.

"It's the same thing-- same thing as the pool. I got into the car heading somewhere totally different, and ended up here." Lydia tells them, her voice full of confusion and frustration "..And you told me to call you if there's a dead body."

"You found a dead body?" Stiles was fascinated at her actions.

"Not yet..."

Thats what makes Stiles confused "Not yet?" What do you mean, "not yet?" Lydia, you're supposed to call us after you find the dead body."

The strawberry blonde was angry as she scoffs looking him in the eye." Oh, no. I'm not doing that again. You find the dead body from now on."

"How are we supposed to find the dead body? You're always the one finding the dead body!"

"Guys..." Scott's voice trails off " I found the body."

.........

Corvina walks in the clasroom and sits down at the begining since that was apparently the last seat taken. Next thing she knows 'Jennifer Blake' enters the classroom, and she is reminded that this is actually the first time she's been in this class.

"Hello class. In this class we have a new student. You may already know her, but what teacher am I not to introduce her again. Please welcome..." She glances at the paper and slightly gulps. "C-Corvina Celeste Holloway."

The class wasn't amused because they already knew the girl. "Okay let's continue."

"Idioms, analogies, metaphors, and similes...All tools the writer uses to tell their story." She explains wlaking around the classroom stopping by at Lydia who was writing something down in a piece of paper. "Lydia, I wasn't aware you had so many hidden talents...?"

"You and every guy I've ever dated." She says sarcastically.

Jennifer was getting anxious"Oh. Um, well, that was an idiom, by the way..."

'Idioms are something of a secret to the people who know the language or the culture. They're phrases that only make sense if you know key words. Saying "jump the gun" is meaningful only if you know about the starting gun in a race. Or, a phrase like, "seeing the whole board..." Jennifer beagins explaining but is cut off from Stiles

"Like chess" Stiles mutters but Jennifer hears him.

"That's right, Stiles. Do you play?"

"No, my father does."
