CYCLONE PART 4

I walked out of my small cabin in my new clothes. I looked to my left the animal skinning hut was only a short walk away with the heelers hut right next to it. There were a lot of wooden cabins like mine all over the place. I started to make my way to the fire it was only a short ten-minute walk away from where my cabin was. I walked over to the fire pit was over near the woods by the shore where I washed up. The fire pit was big and the fire was bigger I walked over and sat down next to Tom. About time you joined us. He said I rolled my eyes I saw a cyclone out of the corn of my eyes. I was really far from the land I got up and walked over to the edge of the grass where the sand meats and looked at it. Tom walked over to me. No, you're not seeing things. He said I turned to him. What is that? I asked then turned to face the cyclone again. That cyclone keeps everyone in and everyone out. Not many people have been able to get past it and onto the island. How many of there are you? I asked he looked around. About fifty of us. You are the only girl to wash up on sure here. Tom said I was a little shocked. How do you guys survive? I asked he pointed to everyone. We work together. He said I smiled. What could I do to help? I asked he chuckled and turned to me. You are full of questions, aren't you? He asked I smirked. Maybe? I said he chuckled again. Well, there are hunters skinners cooks healers and some people build the houses. He said I nodded. Could I help around? I asked he looked at me. I never thought about it, but I guess so. He said I smiled. What jobs would you like? He asked I had to think for a bit. Hunter and cook. I said he nodded. Let's hope you can cook are we are all doomed. He said chuckling I nudged him and went to sit by the fire. This is Billy, Archer Alonsos' twin. Kamau or wild man. And you already know Jaison. Tom said pointing to them I saw a few other boys around the fire or elsewhere.
