┊͙✧˖ IVY ALLOWS HERSELF ONLY A light sleep as the packed cargo train speeds through Panem. She wakes at the first stop in District Eight, hugging her knees close to her chest in an attempt to make herself as small as possible. After that, she stays awake for the rest of the journey. She's fatigued, almost as tired as she remembers being in her Games. The thought of it makes her wince, so she drinks some of her water from her bottle and allows herself to sleep again.

She's unsure how long exactly the trip is, considering she felt both bored and anxious out of her mind, but soon she arrives at the Third Stop, and that means she's in Seven. As soon as the train stops, she rises slowly from where she had been sitting, checking to see if there's anyone there. She's alone in the back of the train though, so she scurries to the door and slides it open with great effort, considering how heavy it is. She peaks her head out of the train, and when she sees there's nobody there, she takes it as her moment. She jumps off the train, landing on her feet. They're right outside a factory, Ivy notices, and the town centre must be close to here if it's anything like the layout of Nine.

Keeping her head down, Ivy walks at a brisk pace away from the train. She walks a fair distance through the town. She's not sure exactly where to go — she has never been to Seven except for the time she spent here on her Victory Tour. She remembers how the Justice Building looks like, though, and she remembers seeing Victor's Village off in the distance from when she did her speech. Her plan of action for now is to find the Justice Building, and then she'll be able to find Johanna from there.

It takes Ivy about two hours to find the Justice Building. The place is familiar to her, and when she arrives she feels an odd sense of remembrance. Trying to push the thoughts of her Victory Tour out of her mind, she surveys the surroundings, and, as she remembers, there lies Victor's Village off in the distance.

It takes her another hour to get to Victor's Village, and it's a bit of an uphill walk. Ivy's feet are hurting, her legs burning and her eyes tired, but still, she persists up the hill and into the forest. Eventually, she makes her way through the silver gate that marks the entrance of Victor's Village.

The houses are larg here, crafted differently to how the ones in Nine are. These mansions seem to resemble a wood cabin, just on a larger scale, an ode to the produce of District Seven — lumber.

Ivy makes her way to the front of Johanna's door, taking a deep breath before knocking on it. She steps back, waiting for Johanna to come to the door, but she never does.

Now what? Ivy thinks to herself, not entirely sure where to go. She had come all this way to see Johanna, but she isn't even sure if Johanna wants to see her. The thought makes Ivy's heart drop.
