Dex POV
I hold Marellas hand as we walk into foxfire wearing level six uniforms. I look to my left and see a new girl with a taller girl at her side which I guess is her sister. "Hey Marella." I whisper to her and nudge her to look. "Do they look familiar to?"
"No. That's why we will go and talk to them." Marella whispered back to and pulled me toward them. "Hello I am Marella Redek. This is my boyfriend Dex Dizzne."
"Hi I'm Avalynn and this is my sister Rayni." I look at this girl she has dark roots going into blue with matching sharp blue eyes. As I start to talk to her the once piercing eyes now seem vibrant and warm. Her sister has the same hair and eyes.
"Hey guys! Who's this?" Keefe asks scaring Avalynn
"Oh right!" I say with a laugh "This is Keefe, Fitz, Biana, Tam, and Lihn." Pointing to each one.
"Hello everyone. I am Rayni and this is Avalynn."
"You remind me of Foster." Keefe said
"Who is Foster?" Avalynn whispered to Rayni
"Sophie Foster. The one who was taken."
"Oh I remember now!"
"So just out of curiosity you shouldn't mind me, Fitz, and Tam testing you two. Right?" Keefe asks with a grin that made my heart melt.
"No we don't mind. I can go first." This is about to get good.
Keefe POV
I think it's Foster but I'm not sure yet. Her voice sounds like Fosters but she looks nothing like Foster and I can't feel have emotions. So Tam starts.
"OK. So what I'm going to do is reach my shadow vapor into your mind. Just to see if i can trust you. Don't worry it doesn't hurt."
"Then lets do this!" Avalynn is being vary happy right now. Bangs Boys eye brow knit together. Suddenly he leaps back pulling Lihn behind him.
"She should not be trusted!" Bangs boy yells
"What! Why!?!?" Avalynn is panicking as Fitz starts to talk
"You must be hiding something. YOU ARE IN THE NEVERSEEN!!!" At that realization crosses Raynis face and she whispers something into Avalynns ear. We Rayni is done talking Avalynn bursts into tears.
"You're right. We are hiding something. I don't like to bring it up because people will hate me." Rayni pulls Avalynn closer and says the most shocking thing.
"Look at my eyes. Do they look familiar?" I do as she says and ya they do look familiar. "That
because our dad is Gethan. Leader of the neverseen."
