The fall

Biana POV

I humanly dragged Avalynn up the stairs from her arm like a doll. And set her on my vanity chair. "OK. First I need to redo your hair then makeup then DRESS!!!!!!" Lihn comes up as I'm in the middle of Avalynns hair and Lihn starts Raynis hair. All that i do is give her some light curls. Then some natural looking makeup. To finish it off i put her in a deep purple with flower designs and tan flats. Rayni got the same hair but got light blue eye shadow pinkish red lips. To finish off her look she got a kinda tight fitting dress that is blue into silver. I lead them down stairs and we all sit in a circle and talk.

"How about we play base quest!?" Marella asks

"What's Bace quest?" Avalynn smiles and her smile grows with every word i say about the game until her face looks ready to explode "That sounds FUN! We should definitely play!"

"Perfect so them the teams will be Boys vs Girls" (A/N Tam, Fitz, Dex, Keefe, and Biana, Lihn, Avalynn, Rayni, and Marella)

"Girls over here." I Yell and pull them into a huddle. "OK so see that ledge over there?" I point to the ledge "That will be our base. Lihn you will stay here because you are a hydrokinetic. Avalynn you will stay here and keep a lookout with Lihn. Rayni do you have an ability?"

"Yes. I am a shade."

"Perfect then you and Marella will come with me to try and tag the others. Ready and break." I am run/levitate up to the top of the cliff. Evelyn and Lihn take their guard posts. We can see off in the distance the boys coming towards us. It's game time.

Avalynn POV

I'm excited for my first game of base quest. As Rayni and the others start to run towards the guys, I lock eyes with her and tap my temple. She nodes giving me permission to enter her mind

I am going to keep our minds linked and i will give a a warning before disconnecting.-Avalynn

K-Rayni

"So Lihn how long have you know the Vackers?" I ask trying to make small talk and get to know the Vackers a litter bit better

"Only for 3 years."

"Really you seem to have know each other for your hole life." We get to talking for a little when I have a good idea

"Lihn I think I hear someone. Go hide in the woods. I will pretend to forget to rules and you can come from the woods and tag them." She nods and just as she's hidden Fitz walks up with Dex behind him.

"Avalynn the girls just left you to guard the bace by your self?" Fitz looks kinda shocked

"Ya. Biana said that I was ready. But can you explain the rules again?" I walk closer

"So me and Dex came from over there. To take your flag and not get tag-" he was in the middle of saying tagged when Lihn comes from behind and tags them both a once. They jump in surprise the sudden touch on their back.

"Come on!" Dex says frustrated. Lihn leads Dex over and hinds them behind some brushes, a few feet away from the tree.

We have Fitz and Dex. Is everything OK with you?- Avalynn

Ya we caught Tam and we are looking for Keefe. Marella is taking him to the bace now.- Rayni

"Im going into the woods to help the others. Can you hold down the fort?"

"Ya I got it."

Keefe comes crashing in from the forest making me jump. Im at the edge and my little jump sends me over the edge. Im hanging on with my hands.

"Keefe! Help me!" I yell the rock starts crumbling. I can hear him run over

"Ava! Le-" I interrupt him

"Don't get closer the roc-" but its to late he steps and the rock falls and I go with it. He starts to fall but i push him back to safety.

Rayni. I love you. Im falling and I dont think I will survive.

Ava. Don't say that. Im getting Lihn to help us look for you.

When I hit the water and everything goes black.
