7 - Pants

I got into the shower, taking time to make extra sure I was clean. Once I was out I noticed I had a notification, I opened it, it must have been Bakugou since it was an unknown number with a 'Hi' sent from my phone. The message read: 'Oi, don't gel the fuck out of your hair, do something different.'

I responded with a thumbs up and went to my closet. I guess I'll just leave my hair natural then. My towel sat low on my waist .

"Mina!" I shouted, I knew her ears were tuned in so I continued without a response from her. "Fashion!" And with that a door slammed and she sped in, a grin plastered on her face that matched the devils.

"Mmyess." She purred out, hands together, fingers tapping menacingly.

"I'm going out with... people. I work with most of them and I want to impress them. What do I wear!" I whined, she only got more excited.  

"Is one of these people Katsuki Bakugou, by chance?" She asked and my face burned. "T and I were talking, don't worry babe Mama Mina's got you." After what seemed like forever she threw an outfit on the bed. "There you are hun, go change. And we're going shopping soon you have dog shit choices." I made my way to the bed after a short thank you, ignoring her remark. I lifted the clothes inspecting them, she made good choices, that was before my eyes landed on the pants. 

"Mina..." She knew what those pants were, she sighed.

"Hun, it's been months, you gotta let go, you look so good in them. It's time to move on." She was gentle with her words. I gulped, staring at them. "Just get them on and if it's too much I'll find something else. I'm sure T has a pair of pants that aren't basketball shorts somewhere." With a hesitant nod from me she was gone. I began changing, once I made it to the pants I was scared, staring at them as I pulled them on. Memories of the person who bought them for me came flooding back as I did. I got them on fully and raced to my nightstand, grabbing my pills and taking one with week-old water, it tasted stale and dusty. The world began to spin as the pills effects started to kick in. Next thing I knew I was waking up on my bed with T and Mina peering over my side. 

"You alright hun? You sort of passed out there." Mina chuckled

"Yeah, fine." I got up, I looked at my clock noticing I had been out for half an hour. "SHIT!" I exclaimed adjusting the pants one last time, I rushed into the bathroom and threw my hair into a mid-height ponytail realizing I had messed it up during my power nap. I texted Bakugou frantically, having a few spelling errors. 

'Hey, sorry time got ahead of me. 206 Lanchester Road whenever you're ready. Appartment 118, don't mind if a tall white-haired dude answers the door, thats just my roommate T.' I sent it and almost immediately got a response, as if he was been waiting for my text. 

'It's alright, dumb and dumber take hours to get ready anyways, They'll probably be done by the time we get there.' I smiled at the message. 'I'll text you when I'm there.' I sent a smile and plopped on my bed taking a few seconds to breathe. Both Mina and Tetsu smiled before leaving me be.
