(Y/n's POV)
I'm on my way to the bar with my brother Timothy right now. I have on a short white dress and my hair is curled.
"Excited?" Timothy asks
"Sure." I answer
We arrive at the bar and see his friends waiting for
us at the front door. Paul, Craig, David and Patrick. We get out of the taxi and walk over to them."Hey guys!" David says
"Shall we get it?" He adds
We all agree and walk inside. I haven't looked at Patrick at all, I don't even want to. We pay and get inside the bar.
"Hello Y/n, would u maybe like a drink?" Paul asks me while all the other guys have went away
"Sure!" I say and we walk over to the bartender
"I'm Paul, Paul Allen." He says and gives me his hand for me to shake
"I'm Y/n, Y/n Bryce."
"Well that's nice. You're very beautiful Y/n." He says
"Thank you!" I say and give him a smile
(Patrick's POV)
I see as Y/n is talking with Allen. She's clearly enjoying his company, that bastard. I look as he's playing with her hair, kissing her hand and she's giving him that smile.
He dosen't deserve her. He has nothing. I'm gonna destroy him.
"Hey bateman, you all right?" Van Patten asks me
"I'm great." I answer, still staring and Y/n and Allen
1 hour later
I look as everyone leaves the bar and I walk over to Allen.
"Hey Allen!" I say at him
"Hey Halberstram!" He says back
"I was wondering if you wanted to go for a drink?" I ask him
"Sure!" He says
We walk to the restaurant next to the bar. A woman walks us over to the table and I see Allen already arguing with the waiter.
"Would you like to hear the specials." The waiter asks us
"Not if you wanna keep your spleen." I say as the waiter walks away
We talk about things for a bit and then I ask if he wants to come to my place for a few more drinks. He was already quite drunk.
As we get to my place, I've already covered everything in white and look as he sits on the couch.
"You like Huey Lewis and The News?" I ask while showing him the record
"They're okay." Allen answers, completely drunk with a bottle on his hand
"Their early work was a little too new wave for my taste, but when Sports came out in '83, I think that really came into their own, commercially and artistically." I say and walk over to the bathroom
"The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost." I add while putting my raincoat on and taking my pill. I grab the axe and start explaining about the band again
"He's been compared to Elvis Costello, but I think Huey has a far more bitter, cynical sense of humor." I explain while walking to the kitchen
"Hey Halberstram!" Allen says
"Yes Allen?" I ask while closing the buttons on my coat
"Why are there copies of the style section all over the place, d-do you have a dog? A little chow or something?" He says while laughing
"No Allen." I say
"Is that a raincoat?" He asks, still laughing
"Yes it is!" I say as I walk over to my record and put on Hip to be square by Huey Lewis and the News.
"In '89 Huey released this."
"Fore, their most accomplished album. I think their undisputed masterpiece is "Hip to be Square", a song so catchy, most people probably don't listen to the lyrics. But they should, because it's not just about the pleasures of conformity, and the importance of trends, it's also a personal statement about the band itself." I add while walking over back to the kitchen and grabbing my axe
"Hey Paul!" I yell at him as he turns around
I smash the axe to his head and see him screaming while falling to the ground.
"Try getting Y/n to your bed now you fucking stupid bastard!" I yell while smashing his head and body with the axe
As I calm down I put the axe down and take the raincoat off. I sit on the coach and take a cigar. I look as his body is dead on the floor while lighting up the cigar.
