[NAME] STARTLED when the door was slammed open again, revealing the familiar heterochromia-eyed male who was panting as if he just ran a marathon.

"[Name]!" He exclaimed in shock as he immediately made his way to her. He cupped her cheek and held her shoulder as he examined her figure carefully, checking for any new injuries. When he saw none, he finally let out a sigh of relief. "Thank God he didn't hurt you..." he rested his forehead against hers, closing his eyes as he breathed heavily.

The [hair colour] haired girl smiled and closed her eyes. "He didn't do anything, don't worry." She muttered softly. "He's quite fine, I guess. He even fed me because he couldn't untie the rope." She deadpanned.

Kakucho sweatdropped, but was shocked at the statement. “Wow, he actually keeps his promise.” He gaped. “Anyways, it’s already 6 pm. Two hours until the battle,” he stated as he frowned. “I’m worried…” he wrapped his arms around the girl and rested his head on her shoulder. “What if someone dies, [name]? What if Bakamichi dies? What if Izana dies? Or worse, what if you die?” He muttered, feeling his heart ached at the thought of his loved ones dying.

[Name] leaned her head to the side, resting against Kakucho’s. “No one is going to die,” she said. “Your sister will make sure of it. I promise,” she smiled softly.

Kakucho pulled away from the hug as he ruffled her hair gently. “I should be going now. I need to prepare for the fight,” He smiled in sorrow, feeling sad that he had to leave her alone. “Please be careful, [name]-nee.”

With that, he left her speechless in the room. She felt her cheeks heat up as she recalled his last word before he left.

“He called me sister…!” She cooed. ‘Mission succeeded! Now I only need to get Mitchy to call me nee-chan!’ She silently praised herself.
