"Oya? Who's she? And what is this?" You raised a single eyebrow on confusion. To be exact, Fuyuko was swinging a wooden sword at a training dummy, slashing on its neck, she had a white yukata shirt with her sleeve tied up, and a dark grey hakama pants

Another person stood beside her was a woman in a young age, she had a short curling messy charcoal grey hair with uneven bangs that covered her eyes

"Yo, I assume you're y/n-san, I'm Nakamura, Nakamura Ai「中村 愛」"

"Oho? Yes I'm y/n, nice to meet you Nakamura-san"you went to her direction to shake her hand, which she returned the same thing too

"No need for such formalities! Ai is fine!" She give you a quick smile, before turning back to Fuyuko to train her

"How did this started anyways?"You asked

"Ah, I just came here after my last mission, and my abdomen was injured badly, Fuyuko-chan asked me to train her so" she recalled from the memories when Fuyuko asked her to train her

"Her eyes were shinning like stars when she heard about the breathing style attack, if she was talented enough I might take her in as tsuguko!" She smiled again, hands on her hips, you could see that she's she's very positive person

"May I ask what kind of breathing style you used, Ai-san?"

"No need for formalities, I'm not alright with that when people called me! And I'm using a breathing style called water breathing and Thunder breathing!I've undergo with two former hashira's training and somehow Thunder suits me best!"

"Wow, that amused me Ai" your brain was deadpanned, not to mention.

She looks like a serious person but she didn't want formalities? Wow, and her hair is messy too, is it just her normal hair or she didn't even bother to style it?

"Ai, I've heard the Final selection is being held two weeks later, is it true?"

You took out a nice paper and started to write something on it, it looks like a letter anyhow

'Please do not send me letters anymore, may we cross path in the future'

You signed your name at the bottom of the letter, your roll up into a small paper and tie it to the crow's leg

"You can go now" you brushed you index finger through it's back, feeding some seeds before it left

"Now, is time to leave" you frowned

You hurried yourself went back to the backyard and see if Ai was still there, and seems like the training has ended, and Ai was sitting with her legs crossed

"Ara, y/n-san. Come here and have a seat!" She tapped on the flat cushion beside her, gesturing you to sit beside her

"Oh, ok then" you sat beside her, now the atmosphere is quiet

"Today's whether is nice! Don't you think?" Ai started off a conversation

"Thats.. not how people mainly start a conversation, but yes it is a nice whether"

"We've just met and I like you already,y/n-san" she pointed her index finger towards you, which you only hummed in response

"He had his leg injured badly, and two broken ribs I think, let's hope he's awake now!"

Ai stopped all to sudden, you almost fell down but you managed to keep your balance

"Yuito~ I brought you a new friend! Jiang jiang! I present to you, y/n!"

"Nice to meet you, Yuito-kun" you made a quick bow

"Lame..." Ai was deadpanned towards your actions

"Ah... Nice to meet you... y/n-san.." He had a frown expression, a seaweed green eye with some dark green lines in between, and white highlight on the bottom of his orbs. His hair had a chocolate brown and it was short, bangs parted to the right covering his eye a little, and if you look closely he had some charcoal grey highlights on his hair

Hmmm....

"I hope you're comfortable here, I need to leave now"

You turn back and walk back to your room, making a plan of having sneak into the final selection
