Face The Sun - Sunghoon ✓

When Heejin fell asleep, I wasn't really tired so I took my phone to check on my social medias. Anything was really interesting so I turned off my phone, putting it under my pillow. I fell asleep right after.

•

- Hey Dahee, wake up. I feel a hand on my shoulder, rubbing it gently.

I open my eyes and see Ava smiling at me.

Hey Ava, you slept well ? I ask her while getting up.

- Yes, I heard you had a good day with Sunghoon yesterday. She smirks.

Obviously, I did. I laugh.

- You look cute together. Sunghoon could pull so many girls but he's never been in a relationship.

I smiled at her, put on a vest and we went out for lunch.

As always, the faces were jaded and everyone was trying to wake up. I sat with the same people as usual and started eating.

- How do you wake up so easily ? I feel like my brain is slowing down. Sunghoon says with closed eyes.

I don't know, I'm always like that.

- You're lucky. He crosses his arms on the table and lays his head on them.

I giggle and run my hand through his hair, starting to stroke it.

I finish eating and I put away my cutlery then I come back and sit down at the table. Sunghoon shifts to the right and gestures for me to sit next to him. I get up and do what he wants. He rests his head in his arms again and puts my hand in his hair for me to continue what I was doing before.

You're such a softie.

- Of course I am. He mumbles.

I place a kiss on the back of his neck and I see him shiver because it tickles him. He straightens up suddenly, a little smile on his lips.

- I am fully awake right now. I laugh and he put his head on my shoulder, surrounding my waist with his arm.

Sungjung told us that today will be another day at the beach. We will play volleyball and then we'll eat on the beach and finally we'll play or just swim in the water. Sungjung told us to enjoy our last day here in the camp because tomorrow at midday, we will leave to get on our train.

After he told us to get changed we all stood up and went to our respective house.

I put on a black sport short and a long white t-shirt on my swimsuit as well as my sport shoes. I brushed my teeth and hair and styled it in a ponytail. I put sunscreen on every uncovered part of my body and a little bit of blush on my cheeks.

- You know your ponytail will be messed up after the tournament right ? Jiyun laughed, looking at my perfect ponytail.

Shh, let me believe in it. I know it's not going to stay like this forever though.

- I'll take my mini hairbrush, you can take it later.

She smiles at me and I go out, waiting for Heejin to put her shoes on. I took a backpack with a bottle of water, sunglasses, flip-flops and two towels.

When we arrive at the beach, we put our bags where we put them the other times and we formed a big circle around Sungjung to all hear him explain how the tournament will take place. He says that we have to make four mixed teams of seven.

At the end the teams were :
1 : Heeseung, Sunoo, Jiyun, Duri, Inhyuck, a boy and a girl
2 : Jay, Jungwon, Jia, Hayoon, Jeongseung, a boy and a girl
3 : Jake, Ni-ki, Ava, Jangmi, me, a boy and a girl
4 : Sunghoon, Heejin, Luna, Mia, two boys and a girl

A boy and a girl only wanted to watch the games.

The first matches were team 1 against team 3 and team 2 against team 4.

Team 3, mine, won. Ni-ki and Jake were playing at 100%, which was very funny, but they finished the game with a few bruises.
Team 4 won too. Heejin was so happy we could compete against each other for the final but I was looking forward to play against Sunghoon the most.

The two winners play against each other and the same goes for the losers to decide last place.

I am at the front with Ni-ki as we are the tallest and Jake, Jia and Jangmi are in the back, passing us the ball. On the other side, Sunghoon and Heejin are at the front and the other at the back. Heejin is looking very serious and a strategy between her and Sunghoon seems to be made as I see them whispering to each other.

- Hey guys, we don't need a plan to win, we'll eat them out. Let's gaur ! Jake say shaking the soul out of Ni-ki's body.

We shout together and after a few seconds, Sungjung blows his whistle. It makes us concentrate on the game right away.

The game is really tight, 10-11. My team lead but the score's always changing.

- Okay, listen ! Let's make that the last point. Sungjung tell us when the other team scores and we're back to a tie.

Sunghoon throws the ball in our part after making an eye contact with me which I answered with a wink.

Ni-ki send back the ball to the other side and so on. At one moment Jake passes me the ball and I get to throw the ball right to the sand in the other side. The point is for us ! Sungjung whistles and that marks the end of the game.

We shake hands to the other team and as I was shaking Sunghoon's he leans down and puts his mouth next to my ear.

- I will have my revenge. He whispers then stands up and imitates my wink.

I remember him saying that after the dodge ball, he never had his revenge though. I hide my smile, going to shake hands with Heejin, who's smiling brightly.

- Didn't know you were so good at volleyball ! And I wonder what did Sunghoon told you lol, you look like a tomato.

Shut up.

She laughs at me and we sit to watch the last match.

Team 1 won. After I saw how Heeseung and Jiyun were competitive for the third place, I knew who the winner was.

- I will announce the ranking, which you probably already know. Fourth place : team 2, third place : team 1, second place : team 4 and the winner are team 3 ! We'll eat to regain strength and then you'll be able to go in the water. Enjoy this last day !
