"Where are we?" said Ron.

"It looks like..." said Harry slowly. "Tesco?"

Upon disappearing from the Burrow, it seemed Hermione had taken them at the foot of an enormous superstore, just out of the sight of many passingby Muggles.

"I'll never understand how you can call Apparition 'fun'." Ellie mumbled to ghost-Ellie.

Ghost-Ellie threw her a grin.

The words 'Tesco' were emblazed in large, electronically lighted letters resting upon the roof of the building they'd arrived at. Ron was gaping up at it rather stupidly.

"You know..." he started.

"Oh, please don't say anything." sighed an exasperated Harry. "Please just keep it to yourself."

"This place is pretty big."

"Oh," said Harry, a little relieved. "I thought you were marveling at electricity again."

"I am."

"Shit."

Hermione shoved Harry so hard he almost fell to the ground, gesturing furiously to a highly amused Ellie.

Ron was ignoring them both, still transfixed upon the Tesco building. "I'm always passing by Muggle buildings an not really thinking about them... but you'll never find wizard shops this big and... bright..."

Harry resisted the urge to smack Ron around the head as he'd seen Ginny do many times in the past. Instead he turned to Hermione. "Why are we at a Tesco?"

"We didn't account for Ellie in our packing. We need clothes, a toothbrush and other things for her."

"Makes sense." said Ron, looking rather excited to enter the superstore. Harry rolled his eyes.

Their shopping trip was met with several boisterous exclamations of wonder from one Ronald Weasley. His eyes fell on everything from the vegetable baskets to the frozen isle.

"I'm going to kill him." Hermione hissed, dragging Ellie by the hand and speed-walking as far away from Ron as possible. They were gathering a lot of strange looks.

"The looks are because of your clothes, Hermione." Ellie told Hermione, as though reading her mind.

Hermione took a moment to glance at their group. While she and Ellie could pass as eccentrically dressed Muggles, Harry and Ron's dress robes looks stupendously out of place.

Ellie was trying very hard indeed not to burst into laughter at the whole situation. She liked Hermione quite a lot but something told her that if she let out any from of amusement around her she'd be on the receiving end of a very severe reprimanding.

A very exhausted Harry and Hermione exited the Tesco later in tow with a grinning Ellie and a very disappointed Ron. Hermione took the plastic Tesco bag and opened up her beaded handbag, throwing the whole thing inside.

"What the—?" said Harry, Ellie and ghost-Ellie at the same time.

"Come on." said Hermione, ignoring them. "Let's get changed out of these clothes."

"Hermione, we haven't got anything to change into," Ron told her, as a young woman burst into raucous giggles at the sight of him.

"Why didn't I make sure I had the Invisibility Cloak with me?" said Harry, inwardly cursing his own stupidity. "All last year I kept it on me and –"

"It's okay, I've got the Cloak, I've got clothes for both of you," said Hermione, "Just try and act naturally until – this will do."

She led them down a side street, then into the shelter of a shadowy alleyway.
