Jack POV: Today had to be one of the most boring days ever. Arcee and Ratchet were on a mission that needed stealth and medical skills only... couldn't go with them. Bulkhead and Miko were doing recon stuff and Bee and smokescreen are racing cars with Raf. Leaving only me and Optimus at the base. "Jack, I'm going to check on something, I'll be back soon." I nodded and watched as he walked to the elevator and the doors closed. Eventually after about 10 minutes I got really bored, I was bored to begin with but now it was to the point of falling into little space. I grabbed my coloring book and a box of colored pencils I keep in the hidden pocket of my bookbag. I sit on the couch and flip to a page of a unicorn and elf (Mia and me 💖) I grab a pencil and begin to color in Mia's hair.

Eventually Optimus came back but I didn't notice. Until a familiar shadow was cast over me. I looked up and saw Optimus standing behind me and looking down at the page. "Hi!" I smiled up at him. "Hello Jack." He said and looked at me. "Woooaaah.... Tall!" I babbled out and stared up at him. He was REALLY FRICKEN TALL. I stared to babble on about other things, random facts, animals, the coloring page I was working on and a bunch of other things. Aperently I had worried him because he gave me THAT look, the one a concerned parent gives a child. I hadn't even realized I let my voice go little JJ too. "Jack, are you alright?" I stared up at him. "Uh huh! Buh Cece wasn't 'kay yesaday cause she got him by bad guys (cons) wif a biiiiig cannon shooty thing!" He smiled down at me. I smiled back at him, I grabbed my coloring book and showed him my drawings.

After a while he grabbed a scanner and scanned me with it. I giggled as he did so but then questioned him. "Wha wa dat?" I asked as I walked to the edge. He picked me up for the first time ever (I think) and placed me by the computer as he worked. "you'll be staying close to me for today."
