Despite his lanky appearance, Ladora's innate ability had won Sairaorg many a Rating Game. The Rook possessed the capability to transform himself temporarily into a black dragon.

In his draconic form, Ladora's fierceness in battle and absolute loyalty to his master was renowned. Let the others have their glory in battling champions from the legends of old. Let them have their share of fame. He would keep the objective in sight, seize it, and then return it to his master as he had done so many times before.

The shapeshifter was in the midst of moving when the corkscrew spear detached itself from Beruka's lance and pointed at him.

Cu Chulainn: "You're not going anywhere."

Both devils glanced at each other.

Ladora: "You mean to fight the two of us alone?"

Ladora questioned. The Rook was already transforming. Great scything talons were erupting from his arms and his impassive features were starting to resemble the toothed visage of a reptilian snout.

Cu Chulainn: "Who said anything about fighting alone?"

The figure that stalked slowly to stand by the Cu Chulainn's side fit the very definition of an accomplished warlord.

The warlike spirit he extruded combined with his intimidating stature made both his opponents take a cautious step back. The massive weapon he gripped in one hand caused Ladora Bune to halt in the middle of his transformation.

Siegfried: "Come devils"

Siegfried hefted the immense edge of his dragon-killing sword over his shoulder

Siegfried: "Show me what passes for a warrior amongst your vaunted kind."

Surrounded by a storm of a combat, encircled by a sea of dueling combatants, two figures stood by their lonesome, content to watch the greater battle unfold. Both had tested their mettle against the other and after a flurry of indecisive bouts, had mutually decided that the contest between them was a draw.
