Leigh's P.O.V

You know, it's kind of weird writing this book now. Now that I've met someone with the name Knox. Because now I can't stop thinking about him when I write my character. It gets me off track. Maybe I should change the name...

"Oh come on." I say aloud, to myself, when realizing I can't kill off a certain character. The writer urge to kill off the best character to make the readers feel pain. Maybe we'll have to go for the main. Not Knox of course. Crap, and there my thoughts go again. I feel like I'm always thinking of Knox-Knox now. Whether I'm writing or not.

Suddenly, I see movemnt in the corner of my eye, realizing someone's walking up to the car. I instantly turn my head, and nearly jump out of my seat when I see Knox. Knox? I was just thinking about dude and then he pops up. Maybe I've got superpowers. No, he was obviously just here. Wait...he's here.

Knox has a mischievous look on his face, a smirk on his lips, as he approaches. "Funny seeing you here." He speaks as he rests his arms on the top of the car, looking down at me. Hot. I mean- what? Head out of the gutter.

I turn to the radio, turning the music down a little so I can talk to Knox. I also shut my notebook before he sees his name and asks questions.

I turn back to him, realizing I'm smiling now. "Are you following me?" I joke, smiling. Apprently I can't not smile when I'm around Knox. His presence just makes me feel...happy.

I've never really felt like that towards a person. You know, where they just feel...connected to you almost. You see them, and you just like it that they're there. It's hard to explain. And I just met Knox a few days ago...

Knox's smirk comes back at my words. "You'd like that." I feel a goofy smile come onto my face, and my cheeks heat up. Knox chuckles, telling me he's amused. Oh how often I've fantasized about a man stalking me.

...

Maybe I should have kept that one to myself.

"No, I just got off work and was hungry." Knox says, lightly shrugging and repositioning his arms.

I nod, leaning closer to look for bags. I see nothing and look back up at him. "What did you get?"

Knox looks slightly nervous as he takes his arms off the car, reaching into his pocket. Knox slides out a pack of gummy bears before sliding them back in. I feel a smile pulling at my lips.

"Out of all the things..." I tease, shaking my head.

Knox rolls his eyes at me. "They're good." That was oddly defensive.

I giggle a little at his reaction. "I'm messing with you. I once made a gummy bear that was the size of a football." Knox's eyebrows slightly raise. That thing took me three days to eat. It was delicious.

Knox places his arms on the window now, the proximity of his hands to me making my eyes slightly widen. "Now how the hell did you do that?" Knox questions, clueless to how I'm feeling.

Speaking of feelings. Knox seems much better than he was during school. He's talking, and smiling, and he laughed once. It makes me happy.

"My mom bought me this gummy bear maker kit thingy when I was 10, and it came with a giant gummy bear mold. It took a few days to eat." I chuckle at the end, remembering how it looked. It came out a little funny in the face. Its face was dipped down all the way for some reason.

Knox nods, smiling. "I bet." Knox then leans his body back a little bit, looking out at the doors of the pharmacy. He turns back to me a second later. "Who are you here with?"
