On a shelf of memories, a tale of two sides,
A loving and caring mom, my heart confides.
You raised me up, with tender love and care,
But then the anger came, a rage so unfair.
You loved me deeply, that I know,
But the pain you caused, began to grow.
You hit me hard, brought tears to my eyes,
A rollercoaster of emotions, a painful disguise.
You raise me up, you bring me down,
A whirlwind of emotions, spinning 'round.
But now I'm healed, I've found my way,
I forgive you, mom, and love you every day.
Through the bruises and scars, I found my strength,
A journey of healing, at arm's length.
You were my rock, my guiding light,
But the darkness consumed you, day and night.
You loved me deeply, that I know,
But the hurt you caused, began to show.
You brought me down, with words so unkind,
But I've found forgiveness, in my heart, I find.
You raise me up, you bring me down,
A whirlwind of emotions, spinning 'round.
But now I'm healed, I've found my way,
I forgive you, mom, and love you every day.
Through the pain, I've learned to forgive,
To let go of the anger, and truly live.
For deep within, I know your love is true,
And I'll hold onto that, as I journey through.
You raise me up, you bring me down,
A whirlwind of emotions, spinning 'round.
But now I'm healed, I've found my way,
I forgive you, mom, and love you every day.
A journey of forgiveness, I've found peace,
A love that transcends anger, it won't cease.
I'll carry the moments of love we've shared,
And hold onto the hope that we'll both be repaired.
