Marcus and I have been on the road for five hours now in complete silence after him kissing me. He's been focused on the road while I avoided looking at him. I had my earbuds listening to music loudly so if Marcus did talk to me I wouldn't hear him. Also, I was trying not to think about the kiss.

Five Finger Death Punch was the best solution for that since I was thinking of being able to play the drums to their songs and screaming at the top of my lungs. I loved that band so much and have always wished to see them in concert one day.

The car came to a stop out in the middle of nowhere. Only tall grass was to be seen. Well besides our new way of transportation, aircraft. Climbing out of the car I took one of my earbuds out and shielded my eyes from the sun. There stood Aaron in front of the military airplane. He wore his Air Force uniform and was waving at us.

Running up to him I wrapped my arms around him. He felt more muscular than the last time we saw each other, then again which was about six months ago. "Hey, Little One."

Smiling I looked up at him. "It's good to see you again. I wish it was under different circumstances but this works."

He chuckled and rubbed the top of my head messing up my hair. "I owe you one anyway."

Marcus grabbed the back of my shirt and tugged it until I stood next to him. Rolling my eyes I glared at him. "Can we go now?"

Aaron nodded in response and opened the doe to the plane. He held his hand out for me to take to help me up. Taking it I saw Marcus' scowl has returned making me internally laugh. Marcus and Aaron got in and I took a seat.

Aaron looked back at us both. "Alright, you two it will be about a three-hour flight so get comfortable." He pointed to me. "And you sleep you look like you haven't slept in days."

"Call me out why don't you?" Rolling my eyes I sat back into the chair as Aaron smiled at my remark. Marcus was still glaring a hole into the back of Aaron's head.

I held tightly onto the arm of the chair as the plane took off until it leveled out. I could feel my exhaustion taking over my body and mind now. Letting it do so I closed my eyes and fell into the darkness of my sleep.

Marcus' POV:

I watched as Isabella fell asleep in her seat looking peaceful. Sitting there in silence I couldn't bring myself to look away from what will be mine soon. Isabella shifted in her sleep to hug her knees to her chest in a fetal position.

"She looks peaceful in her sleep, huh?" The guy that she was so excited to see earlier said looking between her and his controls. Simply nodding once was my response. "Just be careful with her."

"What's your relationship with her?"

He chuckled and smiled. "Friend of Kyle's so she's like a little sister to me. What about you?"

My usual scowl hasn't left my face since Isabella and my kiss. Well, more like the aftermath of it. She resorted to slapping me across the face rather hard. Going silent and keeping to herself the rest of the way. Ignoring his question I looked at him. "That's it?"

"We had a heated moment that never got too far considering at the time I was eighteen and she was fourteen."

Isabella moved again curling up even tighter. Observing her closely I saw tears rolling down her cheeks. Her lip quivered while her breathing quickened.

"N-no, please... Stop...I-i'm sorry...No more." Isabella started to sweat not waking up.

The guy quickly got out of his seat putting the controls on autopilot. Rushing over to her and shaking her. "Callie, wake up. You need to wake up, Callie. Damnit!" He looked around and grabbed her bottle of water throwing it on her.
