Jeez, Holly Blue is SOOOOO bossy ! Like, cut me some slack !! Sometimes I wish I were in charge. I'm sure everyone else would agree.

"Yo, fluffy." Skinny spoke.

"Are we really going with that nickname?" I groaned.

"It's funny !!!" Carnelian chuckled.

"Yeah, I mean. It's better than 'oFf cOlOR bEtAS!'" Skinny mimicked Holly Blue in a joking manner, making me crack a smile.

"Fluffy it is then." I gave in.

Carnelian smiled, and let out a giggle.

"Alriiiight !! Now you won't be confused when we yell out 'JASPER!'"

Both Skinny and I laughed. I'll admit, these nicknames would make things easier. Despite how embarrassing the name "fluffy" was, I'd say it was a pretty good name.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING!? GET BACK TO YOUR POSTS!" Holly Blue ordered.

Skinny stuck their tongue out at her, and I rolled my eyes. Carnelian crossed her eyes and glared at her with an annoyed expression. Gosh, I hated Holly Blue. So bossy, so full of herself. One day things will change, I know they will.

I watched as Holly Blue strutted off. Yes, strutted. That's how full of herself she was.

Anyways.

As Holly blue walked by I sighed, rolling my eyes before looking towards the door.

"There has literally been no threats ever since.." I paused.

"Ever since the whole pink diamond incident?" Skinny raised their eyebrow.

"Come on fluffy! You really don't need to feel so bad about it." Carnelian laughed.

"Yeah, seriously. We've never even met pink diamond. Neither me nor Carnelian had a connection with her. None of of did!" Skinny added on.

"I guess you're right." I agreed.

We sat and continued to talk, obviously not following any orders from Holly Blue. We couldn't care less. Soon we were dismissed to be with the other soldiers. Days went by. Same old same old. Nothing out of the ordinary, nothing new.
