"this, this is the example of a bad influence." sister lilly pointed at my peircings.
"no....its fashion." i explained.
"the devil itself speaks on your throat." okay at that point she was being ridiculous
"um what?" i scoffed.
"you know i can take it off if you want?"
"fine, if you talk about satanism you are out of my classroom!" she angrily pointed at an empty seat and so i was left, clueless.
i put my books on the table and sat down. actually, good thing there is a store near the lunch room, ALL of the stuff you need are there.
"alright, open your bibles on psalm 46 verse 5." she instructs.
"today we will be learning about-"
i really didnt want to listen but i needed to since it was my first day.
i just looked at the board, nodded and looked up at the celling as if i was listening
"answer this on your worknote." she said blankly, pointing at the words at the board
i sigh knowing that i should get back to work.
sister lilly was walking around the classroom, looking at each of our works.
she made her way back to her
desk holding a book and then made a noise.
"i have an attention to make!" she shouted.
"no rainbow" she made an expression
"or in what they call gay" she whispered the 'gay' part.
"in this classroom."
"are we clear?" she assured.
all of the student said 'yes sister lilly' except for me.
i mean, god wants us to be nice to neighbors and then sister lilly happend.
i sighed, rolled my eyes and went back to work .
