My sister came home a couple days ago. and I'm feeling really good so I thought I would update all my stories that are in the writing progress. Maybe I'll even add a bonus chappie to Afraid To Trust. That's how good I'm feeling.
Also I got a job now, a housekeeper at Best Western so my updates may not be as frequent as before.

I'm still having a troubles sleeping but that's the least of my worries.

Genevieve's Pov

Groaning as I roll my head back. Slowly fluttering my eyes open I look at my surrounding. I can't see a thing, it's pitch black. The deep darkness scares me a lot actually. You never know what lurks in the pitch blackness. Shivering, I huddle myself closer trying to get some sort of warmth. My teeth chatter hitting one another, it's the only the sound I hear.

I'm getting nothing accomplished just sitting here. I've got to do something, anything to get myself out. My joggers are now filthy with dirt and scum, my sweatshirt has lost its pretty blue color. My UGGs are soggy with water and dirty. Wait..My shoes are wet. Where am I? Gotta be somewhere with water, maybe I'm near a river. Yeah that makes more sense

Slowly standing up I wonder around the small space. It's an 8 by 8, basically a prison cell. Great I'm prisoner. Well it's better than being a slave. I thought I was doing great with my flashbacks and panics, along with my temper. I've got to start all over again now. Start fresh like a new book and I'm just about to begin my word adventure

My hands run along the walls as I limp. It's cement. I could be in a cellar. My hand comes across a different texture, feeling around some more I find a handle. It's a door, a fucking door. Letting myself smile, a real smile before I press down on the button on the handle. Jutting it towards myself It opens.

Letting that smile grow ever more I limp up the stairs. My hand guiding me up the wall. Sunlight hits my face as I let out a small squeal.

I'm free! Some kidnappers they are, pfft. Limping away from the cellar I look at my surroundings. I was right I'm in the woods, deep in the woods. Well, let this journey began and I'm praying they don't find me. I would get a horrible punishment. I then begin slowly walking towards the sound of calm, yet rushing water.

JJ's Pov

What horrible people they are. I'm sickened by how they treated their own daughter. Who in their right mind would do that to their child? Actually they're not in the right mind, so point made. I haven't seen Genevieve with that much fear on her face since I first saw her when she was 10.

"JJ come on."

Whipping my hear towards Hotchner's voice. Nodding, I put my gun back in the holster that sits on my belt. Sending one last look at the spot where the wheels screeched and left thick, black marks on the pavement.

Sighing as I shut the door to the SUV with a slam. Putting my seatbelt on it goes in with a click. Who's gonna let Gary know about this? Oh god what about Liam? Who's gonna tell him?

"JJ..."

"Hmm." Whipping my attention from my hands to Reid.

"You okay?"

"Yeah. " I give him a tight smile.

"We're here for you."

"I know. I just can't believe the life Genevieve's had. Its crazy for somebody only at the age of 14. She needs a stable home and a loving family, not a famous brother and psychotic parents."

"Beggars can't be choosers." Reid tells me.

Him and his knowledge and quotes.

"I just wish there was a way to make her life a little bit more stable."
